Kate and her boyfriend Humphrey were driving down a lonely stretch of highway at dusk when a thunderstorm came crashing down on them. Humphrey slowed the car and they crept their way past a formidable abandoned house. Plastered all over the fences and trees were no trespassing signs.

CHAPTER 5

I flipped off the cliff and headed towards the ducks.I looked backed to see Garth did the same but was on his stomach wincing I headed towards him instead.

"Are you ok?"I asked softly.He was still wincing,I nuzzled his nose i looked if he was cut.

Garth:"Im fine."He said whispering.I felt so sad I helped him up and nuzzled under his snout.He rubbed my head with his snout and smiled at me.I rememberd Jasper Park and realized we werent close.


We headed over to the ducks,as they screamed I slapped the bald one.

"Would you be quiet!"I yelled.

Winston:Sorry but dont you eat meaT?

~Early morning~ after a night of fun after the howl but Humphrey felt something was wrong like something happened to Kate cause when he rolled over she wasn't there. He thought she had gotten up already but when he went to the kitchen she wasn't there and she wasn't one the couch 'where the hell is she' said Humphrey so he sat on the couch and waited till Kate entered then he [Little did he know she was secretly dating Garth behind Humphrey's back].

Humphrey: Where were you *In a slightly angered voice*
Kate: Where was i you really wanna know i was at my moms house cause she checked me out...

Humphrey was walking through a forest with Kate. He thought that it seemed familiar but he was quick to shake off the idea because it was nice to be alone with Kate for once. "Kate, I ... I wan't to tell you ..." He tried to say. The words that came out of his mouth were not making sense.

Kate stopped and looked at Humphrey. He already knew what she was going to say and replied "It's ok. I know that I wasn't around, but did it have to be with that douchebag?"

Humphrey had been walking for a while now, and he was begining to feel hungry. He sat down and thought of a nice big chunk of lean caribou, juicy like that first bite into a plum, but tender like his love for Kate. To his suprise a huge chunk of caribou appeared and humphrey began chowing down on the hunk of meat. When he was finished he wanted nothing more than to be next to his loved one. He tried to make her appear as well, however despite his efforts, e couldn't make her come to him.
