If you are trini or guyanese you would understnad what I'm sayin. People keep fighting over if you call it chicken curry or curry chicken. Well I'm here to tell you the answer. The answer is that it is actually curry chicken. I mean you curry the chicken you don't chicken the curry.

Well I'm writing this article to tell you that you should know hoew to make curry. These are the steps:

Ingredients

* 2 tbsp vegetable oil (canola works best) [1]
1 tsp cumin seeds [2]
* 1 medium red onion, chopped [3]
* 2 cloves garlic, diced [4]
* 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and diced [5]
1 or 2 green chiles, seeded and diced [6]
* 1 tbsp cumin powder [7]
* 1 tbsp corriander powder [8]
1/2 tsp chile powder or cayenne pepper [9]
* 1/2 tsp turmeric [10]
* 1 can of petite-diced or crushed tomatoes [11]
