(Little note: Some things in this chapter will be a teeny tiny bit different to the RP. :P)
As the group sat on the ground, desperately trying to think of ways to save Emma, Kait slipped away, then came back with a armful (or flipperful) of leaves.
"What are you doing lass?" Ashley asked curiously.
"I'm putting these on her cuts, it should stop any more blood loss." Kait explained. She passed a handful of them to Dylan, asking him to help, then began laying some around the wounds. She tied a few around Emma's flippers, and sat back down.
"I hope she'll be a bit better now." Ashley said, patting Emma's head.
"Me too." Kiva agreed. Ashley looked thoughtful, and he spotted Emma's drawstring bag cradled in her flippers. He picked it up, and took a water bottle out of it, then gave some of the water to Emma. He then poured a little bit of water onto a leaf, and dabbed it around one of the cuts, beginning to clean it. Kiva watched Emma in worry, and began to cry.
"Oh, please don't cry lass, you'll get me crying soon." Ashley told her, his voice shaking a little as a few tears stung the back of his eyes.
"S- she's gonna be fine..." Dylan reassured her. "She has to be.."He added, blinking away a few tears. Kiva couldn't stop crying though, and it wasn't long before the others were beginning to tear up. Ashley, Dylan and Kait cleaned a few of her other wounds, using Ashley's neat little method, and didn't notice Emma's eyes were opening very slightly. Ashley looked up at her for a second, and his eyes became as big as the moon.
"Emma?" He said, making the others turn around in surprise and hope. Emma's eyes opened a little wider and she blinked a few times, trying to regain her focus.
"W...what happened?" She asked weakly, shaking her head a little as her vision returned.
"Y- you're alive!" Dylan exclaimed, dropping the leaves he was holding and hugging her tightly. Emma was a little surprised, but she returned the hug instantly. Ashley and Kiva hugged her too, and she winched in pain.
"Ooh, sorry lass." Ashley apologized, letting go of his friend.
"It's okay." She told him. "Seriously though, what happened?" Emma asked, sitting up and flinching a little.
"Fascinating." Kowalski said aloud.
"Huh?" The others asked, turning to face him. Kowalski had a magnifying glass out and he was looking at one of the leaves with interest.
"It seems that these leaves had antibacterial properties, and also encouraged cell growth, causing you're cells to produce more blood, thus restoring you with the blood you lost. Also, it seems that the cell growth is allowing new skin to grow over your cuts at a rapid rate, preventing you from losing any more blood." Kowalski explained.
"So that explains why you're okay." Ashley remarked, looking both happy and fascinated. "You are okay, aren't you?"
"Kinda, I guess, I'm just trying to remember what happened." Emma replied, looking thoughtful.
"Can you remember?" Sylvia asked. Emma thought hard and her eyes widened, as the events of the past couple of days flowed back into her brain.
"Oh crud..." She muttered. "Guys. you need to get out of here now, t- the things that took me were like leopard seals, but much much taller and thinner, and stood on two feet and they're really muscular. They're like land leopard seals on stilts." She explained, forcing back a giggle as she thought of a leopard seal on stilts.
"We're not losing you again Emma." Kiva told her, hugging her tightly.
"Agreed." Dylan added, hugging her too.
"But guys, they're really dangerous." Emma argued. "And I overheard their plan." She added, looking around cautiously and lowering her voice. "Basically, they've been collecting the blood of certain species to create a substance." She began. "There's something in the substance that will allow them to control peoples minds, and enslave the entire world." She explained. "They're planning to kill all of the other animals and start a new world with just their species."
"What are we gonna do?" Sylvia asked.
"Kill 'em! Smash their little heads to pieces!" Blake suggested, looking determined.
"Okay, have fun with that." Sylvia said, casting Blake a weird look.
"I don't know what we're gonna do, but I do know the way to the base." Emma piped up. "Maybe we could destroy the blood samples they have, and kill them?" She suggested.
"Is there anything else we need to know?" Ashley asked.
"Well there's this really big one, like twice the size of Kait when she's a wolf." Emma began. "He's the leader, Malphus I think one of the others called him. H- he was in charge of the torture...And they only need a few more blood samples guys." Emma told them, gulping. "They just need, mouse, puffin, and raccoon." She said, looking up at Sylvia, Dylan and Kiva, who's eyes widened.
"Yikes, that's bad!" Kiva exclaimed looking worried. Emma nodded and her attention was caught by Kait, who had begun walking off.
"Hey, where are you going?" Kowalski asked.
"Well, I'm gonna go and be the 'dummy' and fight these things while all of you find the blood thing." Kait answered. Emma stood up suddenly and nearly fell over as she did.
"Kait, you can't go by yourself, there's at least 15 of them that I've seen." She warned her, looking alarmed.
"Woah, easy Emma, you need to recover." Kiva told her, gently sitting her down again.
"But I want to help!" Emma protested.
"She's right Em, you need to rest, and look, you've still got a lot of cuts on you." Dylan told her, sitting down next to her. Ashley nodded in agreement. Emma sighed irritably and looked up at the group.
"Just be careful if you're gonna fight these things guys, they're really dangerous and insane, and they have a lot of weapons." Emma told them, looking annoyed.
"I'll stay with you." Dylan told her with a smile.
"Me too." Kiva added. Emma brightened a little at this, but she was still annoyed.
"Why don't I help you with the distraction lass?" Ashley suggested to Kait, smiling at her cheerfully.
"Are you sure about that?" She asked him in surprise. "If what Em says about these things is true, they could rip you to shreds."
"Well they need to pay for what they've done to Emma, and if theirs anyone who's gonna be ripping anyone to shreds today, it's me." Ashley replied, rather darkly. The others stared at him, and Emma's jaw dropped.
"That is the darkest thing I've ever heard you say." Emma remarked, looking at her friend in surprise.
"Maybe I've just been hanging around you guys too much." Ashley joked, grinning at the others. Emma smiled at him, glad he wasn't saying any other creepy, dark things.
"So, who's doing what?" Kowalski asked.
"I don't really know, actually...." Kait replied. She smiled to herself, and quickly pulled her gun out and aimed it at Kowalski who yelped in surprise and moved out of the way just in time as Kait fired.
"Why did you do that?!" He exclaimed, looking at Kait with wide eyes.
"Testing you." Kait replied simply, putting her gun away. "You saw it coming right?" She asked. Kowalski nodded and she smiled. "Good."
"Lass, which way is it to the base?" Ashley asked Emma. Emma grumbled slightly and pointed to the east. Ashley hugged her tightly, then ran off in that direction, followed by the others. Emma watched them worriedly.
"They'll be fine." Dylan told her comfortingly, putting an arm around her.
"I hope so..." Emma replied, staring as they disappeared into the trees.

some of us have been talking of a secret language, and this is the key. i will write some sentences in the code, so you undersand iot. but heres an explanation
a=b when writing and "a" in code, write a "b" and vise-versa. capital leters, the same. as well as when you have to you, say shift + 6 = ^ then you'd post a shift + seven, which is &.
here are some sentences:
J bn xrjsjmh sgjt jm dpcf, Cp zpv vmcfqtbmc! Js nbz sblf kpmhfq sp xrjsf tfmsfmdft. avs pmdf zpv hfs js. jst fbtz???
translation: i m writing this in code. can you understand? i may take longer to write sentences, but once you get it, its easy!!!
plus the reporting ppl wont get it and could't report us!!! maybe im wrong. but some of us think we should!
