the wind howled as it blew my short, battle scarred wig. my skirt lifted slightly and lowered heavily as i stood still, resentment flashing in my eyes. "i always had a suspicion that you hated me, Gir. and now i can confirm it! you left Cupcake all alone that night just to be with another robot and now you threaten me!" i screamed over the sound blocking wind. suddenly Cupcake appeared behind him, her eyes blacker than a moonless night sky.

"I'm here, Gir." she said in a demonic, echoing voice. her eyes flashed onto Blood Red and she pinned him to the ground, unsheathing her defense claws i installed after her first death. "HOW DO YA LIKE ME NOW!?!?!?" she screamed in his face. suddenly she sheathed her claws in and let go of him, her eyes Orphan Blue. "I'm sorry!" she wept" I Really Missed You!"

i reached to touch her, but Yami pulled me back. i looked at him with confusion, but he just gave me a serious look. i nodded in understanding and let him hold me as we watched her every move.

Cupcakes eyes went Pale lavender and she began to spark. "if tomorrow never comes, i want you to know right know that i..." she tried to tell him. "I'm gonna love you until the day i die!" she shouted at him just before she exploded, leaving behind nothing but a pile of black ashes.

Gir began to cry at the thought of what had just happened and i guess i flipped. i punched Yami in the gut and ran to the ashes. when Bell tried to stop me i knocked her out. "CYNDER!" Yami held out in pain. "There's nothing you can do! she's gone!" at his words, i tripped on my shoelace and fell into the ashes. everything went black, but i could hear Yami getting up, despite his agonizing pain, and heading for me. when i heard his footsteps stop in front of me, i let out a silent gasp as my soul was separated from my body and the ashes drifted around in a spiraling, pitch black tunnel. Yamis Millennium Puzzle gave the only light available. i couldn't see anything but Ravena grabbing my shoulder. her eyes sparkled silver and her pigtails were taken out. i pushed her away quickly. "YAMI! WHERE ARE YOU!?!?" i called out. "I'm right here, Cynder!" he called out, trying to grab me. as soon as he found that i was in soul form, i began to fade. "RAVENA! STOP THIS MADNESS!" he ordered, tears beginning to form in his eyes. "let it go, Atem." she ordered, touching the Millennium Puzzle. he switched to Yugi, his innocence showing through his bright eyes. "Cynder!" he yelled out. the word echoed through my head when i realized that i was nearly gone. "goodbye, Yugi! I'll miss you!" i whispered as i gave him on last hug. i disappeared with a golden sparkle as the ashes fell.

(Yugis POV)

the ashes fell like black, heartless snowflakes. i fell to the ground and cried harder than i ever had. i looked to my friends only to see that her soul sister, Joy, was gone too. Sashas head rested on Zims shoulder as the two shared everyones grief. but i knew that nobody, not even me, was grieving more than The Pharaoh.
