Rainbow sat on her Cloud Hammock, eating an apple, relaxing. "I wonder were that Dunder-Head Vouge got off to..." She said to herself. She hadnt seen Vouge since yesterday's race. She couldnt wait to rub her victory in Vouge's face! Vouge came into Rainbow's house, wearing a cloak on his back to hide his wing. "Hey! Rainbow geuss what! I got the coolest thing ever! Wanna see?" Vouge was excited. He thought Rainbow was going to drop dead in envy. "Sure." she said in a voice with low expectations. Vouge took his cloak off, and let his wings spread. Rainbow felt the color pale from her face, she was terryified. The wing wasnt natural. Infact, she could see dried blood all over the metal wing, and she saw that he had fused it to his old wing's stump. "Do ya like it? I made it myself! Its much more cooler then my old wing, thats for sure!" He had a disturbing joyous tone in his voice. Rainbow backed up slowly. "Whats the matter? You dont... you dont like it? Did I make it wrong?" Vouge's smile quickly faded away. "Yeah... its really cool Vouge...." Rainbow had to push the words out of her mouth, and she force a smile. She flew for the door, and started to yell "HELP ME!" in a loud voice. The people of Cloudes Dale stopped their buisness, and rushed to Rainbows aid. When they got into the house, they all stopped dead in their tracks. What they saw, the bloodied metal wing, they mistook for Vouge attacking Rainbow. They held him down. "Are you okay Rainbow?" one of the pegasi asked her. "Yeah. Im ok" Rainbow was still shaken. "Did Vouge try to hurt you?!" Another Pegasi asked out loud. Rainbow stopped and looked at Vouge. Vouge was confused, he didnt know what was going on, but he had a tear in his eye. But then again, she looked at his wing."Yeah... yeah he did try to hurt me!" She yelled outloud. Vouge had never been more devistated in his life. His heart broke. He felt his Amber Orange colors become a bit paler, he felt his eyes loose their color, leaving it to a dull, grey-ish white color. He felt like his heart was being cut with razors. His only friend in Cloudes Dale, betrayed him. Maybye she never liked him at all. The Pegasi holding him began to fly back the local enforcements place. They threw him into a cell, locked it, and left. If they didnt like him, then so be it. He didnt need them. He didnt need friends. He felt darker now.
