Does anyone know if you can ask hasbro or the producters of my little pony: friendship is magic if you can adition you fan made pony to be in the show?

It's literally impossible.

You can't. Some of the producers and writers if you follow them on social networks have been asked this question many times, and they will say no. They don't except fan ponies on the show, they won't add them at all.
