I had been planning to do this article for a while and I FINALLY have found the time to do it. First, a little background on Judy Garland, for those of you who don't know who she is. She was an American singer and actress, best known for playing Dorothy Gale in the 1939 film, The Wizard of Oz, which had her signature song, Somewhere Over The Rainbow. She would go on to be in other movie roles, such as Meet Me In St. Louis, The Pirate, The Harvery Girls, Easter Parade, and A Star Is Born.
