Private looked at his feet. "How long did Skippa say to stand out here?" He asked dully. Rico shrugged. "Dunno," Kowalski remembered. "Until he gave the call," Private looked up and stared and the entrance hatch and looked back down. "What do you suppose they are doing down there?" Kowalski and Rico shrugged.
Pluma sat down and took a deep breath. Skipper looked at her. "Well, go on. It could NOT be that bad!" Pluma licked her beak nervously. "I'm REALLY bad at it," She explained. Skipper reached out and took her flipper. "It's okay," He said. Pluma smiled faintly. "Okay then,"
"I forgot the place I was born, but I do remember a lot of other penguins. The penguins that lived there cared only about beauty, if you were ugly, they hated you. If you were pretty, they absolutely adored you. Everyone was perfectly shaped, formed, and even their EYES were perfect,"
"My mother was the pretties one living there. But when I hatched, people told me her face became crunched up with rage. I was born ugly," Pluma looked like she was fighting back tears. "I was fat. I had two egg teeth that didn't fall out, and looked like buck teeth. There were three little feathers that looked like WORMS that grew on top of my head. Worst of all, my eye were PURPLE! Hazel was fine, sliver was good, and blue? Blue was beeee-U-tee-ful. But purple? Purple was hideous!"
Tears spilled out of Pluma's eyes. Skipper walked up to her and sat down beside her. He put his flipper around her. Pluma looked up at him and gave wavering smile. She leaned against him, much to Skipper's surprise. Pluma continued.
"They called me names. "Fat face". "Beastie". I was discriminated against my own kind. They ate fresh fish, I ate the leftover's. They bullied me and they-" Puma curled up to Skiper and sobbed. Skipper patted her gently. His soft side won over. "It's okay, you don't need to finish it," He soothed. "No! I-I-I can go on," She sat back up.
"Then, something happened, along the lines of teenage hood. The skimpy little feathers grew and became a side bang, it looked nice, a lot of penguins agreed. My egg teeth FINALLY came out. I wasn't fat any more, I wasn't skinny, but I, at least, wasn't fat. But my eyes were still purple."
Skipper cut Pluma off. "I think your eyes are very beautiful, kinda special," He said suddenly. Pluma giggled. "Really?" Skipper looked deep into her eyes. "Of course," Pluma smiled and snuggled closer to Skipper. "I'm sleepy, do you mind?" She asked. Skipper rubbed her affectionately. "No, not at all,"
Margaret brought down her knife, the victim barely made a sound as he went down. Felix was as good as dead. Margaret rubbed her dagger against the fox's red hide, leaving a trail of his blood behind. Margaret smiled cruelly and pulled out her log book and quickly jotted down X.X . RING! RING! Her heart necklace rang. She sighed and pressed a button its side. It opened, revealing Blowhole's face. "Yes, Dr.Blowhole? What is it this time?" Margaret demanded. "Agent 7, I need you to rid of Skipper..........you can do it your way," Blowhole explained.
A sly grin crossed Margaret's beak. "Skipper....that penguin you always complain about. I knew you'd ask me to do it, I knew it......"
