-Part 1-

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. When i look outside of my window the sun is shining like a blazing ball of fire. I still remembered the boy who helped me get out with the jocks but i shook my head so that i can forget him. I went down to check what my mom is doing as usual my mom is making breakfast for me and my Stepfather James Bourdain. New York is always a busy city but today it seems like all of the New Yorkers fell asleep while doing their jobs. My mom and James drove me to Hawthorne High without any traffic. We got there 20 minutes before the bell, usually we get here 10 minutes before the bell due to the heavy traffic here in N.Y.

Mom: This is something unusual
Me: Yeah it is
James: Alexis...
Me: What?
James: I want to ask your permission so that I...I... (he stammered and then continued) can date your mom
Me: Now this is a very unusual day (grinning)
James:Alexis, the clock is ticking... I need your permission now
Me:Um... (coughing) Before i give you my permission, I m here to offer you a deal
James:A deal?
Me:Yes, a deal... after i give you my permission you will do and give ALL i want.... Deal?
James:(Looks to my mom) Alright deal...

Because of my excitement i hugged James so tight that i think i crush his bones.Of course James was surprise 'cause i never hugged him before even my mom too was surprise. We made a little group hug. Before i left James ask me what i want for my advance birthday gift

James:Before you leave i want to ask what do you want for your birthday?
I was surprise to hear that 'cause no one even my mom asked me what i wan for my birthday
so i answered back with my eyes so wide like those flying Frisbee
Me:Am i hearing it right?
James:Yes you're hearing it right, but if you don't want then ts fine with me (turns to open the car door)
Me:Oh!... wait (i held back James) I want a brand new tablet... it can help me with my studies... i want the one that the celebrities are using... the one with many apps
James:Your wish is my command
Me:Oh! thank you so much James!
James:its my pleasure and my duty to always make you smile
As soon i got out of the car mom called out

Mom:Alexis you can hangout with your friends for now because we will be late okay... I love you dear... Take care
Me:Thanks Mom... I love you too

By the time i reached the front door of my school i saw Jade listening to her I tunes in her phone.When she saw me she immediately took off her earphones and stood up

Jade:Hey, Alexis thanks again for saving from Max
Me:That's nothing

We walk towards the school's lawn and we sat at the bottom of the oak tree.

Me:Jade, do you know Lucas Cameron?
Jade:Well of course he is a popular guy here. He is a guy who loves to help people in need But watch our he loves pranking people too. (points to Lucas)
Jade:And BTW why are you so interested with him?
Me:what?... oh! nothing... why are you looking at me like that?
Jade:Do you like him?(holds my shoulders and stares ate me deeply)
Me:No way!... you must be mistaken (takes off her hands from my shoulders and walks arms cross)
Jade:Come on, tell me the truth
Me:That's the truth (looks to the sky)
Jade:You're lieing... 'cause i can see it in your eyes you don't want to look at my way
Me:Okay i just have a slight likeness... slight only!
Jade:Admit it you like him (nudge)
Me:Alright i like him!... Happy now?
Jade:Okay relax... just stay calm okay (grinning)
Me:Just make this a secret, okay? promise?
Jade:Promise... Ahhh this is my girl, from the first time i saw you i know that you'll like someone and that someone is looking back at you.

I saw Lucas looking back at us. When i met his eyes i can see that he wants to talk to me.But i can't move my feet like i m glued to the grass and got the stuck there until i die.He separated himself from his group and started to walk towards me and Jade.

Jade:Here comes the love of your life
Me:Jade! (nudge hard)
Jade:Ow!
Lucas:Hey
Me:Oh... Hi
Lucas:How are you after the "misunderstanding"?
Me:we're fine
Jade:Seems like you knew each other for a long time
Me:Jade!
Jade:what did i said something wrong? (sounding innocent)
Lucas:its okay Alexis she didn't said anything that is disturbing
