Only Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and their teenage counterparts, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, can rival Breaking Dawn's real-life lovers as magnets for not only the paparazzi but also for their millions of adoring, sometimes hysterical fans. After four years of Twilight mania, Robsten can't go anywhere without being mobbed by hordes of Twihards. Well, one of them can't.
In a recent interview, Robert Pattinson admitted that he envies his girlfriend, Kristen Stewart. He also revealed the reason. It seems Kristen can do something he can't. She can blend into the crowd. Which means she can actually go out alone in public like an ordinary citizen without being mobbed and screamed at. Her boyfriend can't even remember the last time he was able to go out for a beer like a "normal guy."
"It's extremely rare," Rob whines—er—laments. "I don't know why. Something about my face. People just recognise it really quickly. Kristen can go out and people don't notice. She can hide in crowds. For some reason, I can't really do it. I probably give myself away by walking around with a hoody and a hat and sunglasses, bent over and hiding my face. I probably look like a lunatic."

When the Cosmopolis star was asked about the last time someone actually failed to recognize him, he had to think long and hard before recalling an incident on a French talk show with French footballer Eric Cantona. The year was 2009—the same year Rob's mere presence caused a riot in Cannes.
"There were teenage girls screaming outside," RPattz recalls, "and I've got Eric Cantona just staring at me going, 'Who are you?' I was star struck. Then his nieces asked for some pictures..."
So there you have it. Poor Robert Pattinson. It must be rough.
