As I walked down the the pier I finally got to the edge. I slipped of my black boots and soaked my feet into the water. I looked down and sighed. I let one tear roll down my face. "Why?" I said to myself.
Suddenly, I heard footsteps from behind me. I didn't even dare to look. From the corner of my eye I saw the person sit next to me. I still didn't know who it was tho.
"Hey." A familiar voice said. I looked over and saw Duncan.
"Hi." I said with a shaky voice.
"Whats wrong?" He seemed concerned.
"Why do you care?"
"Because you're my friend..." He said.
"Right..." I looked down again.
"So, really, whats wrong?"
It took me a moment for me to answer. I sighed then opened my mouth to speak.
"Trent... He broke up with me... for Courtney..." I tried to hold back tears. But I just couldn't.
"That jerk!" He said. "But trust me, once he sees what a maniac Courtney is he'll be crawling back to you."
I giggled a little. Duncan always makes me laugh.
"Trust me, I'm done with Trent... Never gonna happen again. He's a loser."
"And he doesn't deserve a girl like you." He smirked.
I looked up and met his eyes. He rubbed some tears of my cheek with his thumb. I couldn't help but smile.
"Thanks." I said softly.
"I'm here for you, Gwen. I always will be. Don't you forget that." He rubbed my cheek softly. I blushed.
"You know, you might be a bad boy on the outside. But on the inside, you're a really great guy."
"Shh! Don't tell anyone. It'll ruin my image."
I laughed
We stared at each other for a few moments. Then suddenly, he started to lean in. He got closer and closer as we both tilted our heads. I closed my eyes as our lips met. It was soft yet passionate. It lasted about five seconds. I tried to capture it all in as he softly pulled away. I opened my eyes and saw his green eyes. I finally took a breath and smiled. We leaned back as I looked down and grinned.
"I love you, Gwen." He softly said.
"I love you, too."
"You know, as much as I want to deny it, Chris probably got all of this on camera."He said.
"I know."
"So... What now?" He asked.
"This." I grabbed his shirt and kissed him passionately. We kissed repeatedly in tiny kisses. I truly did love him.

Ever since I got to this camp I knew there was something special. But he liked Courtney and I liked Trent. We always hung out alone at times. But nothing ever happened. We had the same likes and dislikes and we were kind of inseparable. Even tho at times he irritated me and I wanted to kill him... But when he broke up with Courtney a few weeks ago we got closer. And now since I broke up with Trent we are dating now. I guess right now, everything's just the way it's supposed to be... ;)
