By the time nightfall hit, the guests had decided that it was time to head back home. As they gradually left the ballroom, they thanked George and Pattie for inviting them and wished the couple well once again. Before long, the only ones who remained were John, Paul, Ringo, Laura, and Sparkie while Spencer was busy cleaning up. George said, "Well, me mates, I can conclude that we have officially entered a new chapter in our lives. I'm veddy happy to be a married man!" Ringo replied, "We are, too, Geo. You've rightfully earned it!" Sparkie made a noise that sounded like he was saying, "Absolutely!" "This also means that, later tonight and after unpacking all of my stuff, I'll be sleeping with you at last!" Pattie told her husband. "Correct you are, my dear! I can't wait to hold you in my arms soon!" Replied George. Pattie smiled in return. "So am I, honey!" Laura then said, "And words aren't enough to describe how overjoyed I am now that my new family is complete! It's the best day of my life!" George remarked, "We know you are, Laura, darling!" Pattie added as she hugged her, "Plus, we're going to have a lovely time bonding as mother and daughter!" "Indeed, we will!" Replied Laura with a wink. "So I'm guessing you two are leaving for your honeymoon first thing tomorrow morning, eh?" John asked. "Actually, that makes all of us. After picking you chaps up, we'll proceed to Windsor Castle to meet with the royals. You'll be amazed by what's in store there!" Said George. John said, "Oooh, sounds exciting!" Paul added, "Whatever that is, I look forward to it!" Ringo and Sparkie agreed. "Jolly good!" George exclaimed. He and his wife then shared another kiss as our heroes continued enjoying each other's company for the next few hours into the evening on a day which shall never be forgotten.
