I flinched before he hit me I could already feel the nails from the belt on my skin exactly where he'd hit before he really did. He hit that same spot at least five times—it was right above my butt bone.

I cried out in pain as he went up and down my spinal cord with the belt he moved it to my arms that clinged to the top of the heater. Tears poured out of my eyes "Dad stop please dad!!" He whipped me harder saying "What did I tell you all about calling me Dad I'm your master you little runt!!" he changed to the other arm and and gave me a fine blow to the left jaw bone I fell on my back and rolled to my side.

"That'll teach you to listen to me next you here Stella?!"

"Yes master! I hear you."

"Good now go to bed!"

I slowly got to my feet I felt like water, I felt numb from my neck down I cried softly as I walked slowly and causationly out of the room. As I made it half way down the hall clinging to the wall for support I fell to the ground as I coughed up blood. I looked up seeing Izzy in the door way I reached for her and she darted her eyes down the hall he wasn't coming.

She quickly slide beside me placing my good—right— arm under her and lead me to our room just a few more feet down the hall, she lay me down on the bed and frowned.

"I look terrible I know."

"Your arms are bleeding and you have tiny cuts on your legs. Let me look at your back."

"Izzy I can't move I'm numb." I said slowly each word taking my breath.

She gasped and half yelled "Are you paralized?!" She cupped her hands imideantly she'd said it a little to load we heard his footsteps creak down the hall then slowly turn back around.

"Keep your voice down will ya and I'm just numb not paralized it'll ware in a few." I closed my eyes and seconds later I hear more foot steps. I felt someone standing over me and I opened my eyes it's Gary he's the youngest brother and the one I gave food to after he put in the corner for making a huge mess in the kitchen. I saw tears in his eyes and I gave him a small smile.

"Don't cry Gary I'm ok promise."

"No your not!" he sobbed. "Look at you your all battered and brusied and it's all my fault, I'm sorry Stella I never ment...ment for this to happen I'm sorry." He burst out in tears and heavy sobs. I sat up as best as I could and took him in my arms holding his close to me. "It's ok G I'm alright I'll be ok in the morning I promise." he cried even more for at least thirty minutes and he stopped. He hugged me and I winched at the pain.

"I love you Stella."

"I love you too."

"Try and feel better for me ok?"

"I will."

Then I saw Izzy walk back in with bandages and alcohol she nodded to Gary who quietly left. I took of my shirt and she started cleansing and bandaging those cuts.

"You told Aaron about-"

"He knew before I had a chance to tell him anything." I looked at her. "He heard him he told me he didn't want to hear it and shut the door in my face." Aaron's next to me by two months I may be older but he beats me in height he acts the acts older than me as well at times.

"Hmp he's really angry."

"He's always angry when we get beat."

"If you ask me he'll be the first to kick Danil's ass." I winched as she cleaned one on my shoulder.

"Yeah he just might I always thought it would be you though.

I chuckled "You never know."

She was done in no time and me laying down even faster. "Thanks Izzy I'm not sure what we'd do with out you." she smiled. And went sat on her bed she pulled a book from under it and began reading I smiled at her even if we didn't go to school we always found a way to learn. Izzy wants to be a nurse, Gary a Construction Worker, me a Bodyguard and as for Aaron he hasn't decided yet. I fell asleep a while after that.
