The original Blue's Clues show is a beloved classic that has gained a successful revival that's called Blue's Clues & You!. However, there was a show that came between the original show and the recent revival. The middle show is Blue's Room.

There's a good chance that you won't be as familiar with Blue's Room as the other two Blue's Clues shows. It only lasted two seasons. Also, the seasons were very short. In total, the show only had seventeen episodes. It appears that Blue's Room wasn't able to connect with people as well as Blue's Clues.

Blue's Room takes the Blue's Clues franchise in a much different direction. The other Blue's Clues shows had live-action hosts with animated characters. However, in Blue's Room, Blue and a majority of her friends are puppets. This change of style makes Blue's Room resemble Sesame Street more than Blue's Clues. Also, as the name would imply, the show takes place in a room rather than the classic house. Steve never appears in Blue's Room. Blue lives in a different house with a different cast of characters. The most notable addition to the cast is Sprinkles, because he's Blue's baby brother.

All of these changes might sound pretty surprising, but there's another change that might be the biggest surprise of all. You know what that change is? Blue talks! In the original series and the revival series, Blue wasn't able to talk. Having her talk was certainly a big change that leads to Blue seeming like a much different character. This change leads to Blue being the one that directly talks to the audience.

Making such drastic changes might sound concerning. While I believe that changes can be a nice change of pace, it can also run the risk of taking things too far in a different direction. I do want to make it clear that I don't think that Blue's Room is a bad show. It is an innocent, cute show that has a few interesting changes to make it distinct. However, I will say that it can't compare to the original series.

While hearing Blue talk for the first time is a fun novelty, I believe that Blue is a more interesting protagonist as a character that has to communicate with cute expressions and clues rather than words. I believe that Blue works best with a human host to balance off of. The new characters aren't bad, but they aren't as entertaining or as memorable as Blue's friends from the original series.

While Steve never appears in Blue's Room, the original show's second host, Joe, does show up. At first, Joe was just brought in for a guest appearance in the show's Christmas episode. However, he quickly became part of the show's supporting cast. Since Blue can now talk and host her own show, Joe isn't given as much to do as he did in the original show. However, having him around does help recapture a lot of the magic of the original show.

The original Blue's Clues is a wonderful show that can bring joy to people of all ages. Is the same true for Blue's Room? That's debatable. I do like Blue's Room, but I don't love it in the same way that I love Blue's Room. Blue's Room has some fresh, interesting changes, but I think that the original show works a lot better. If you're a huge Blue's Clues fan, I would recommend giving Blue's Room a watch. I would also recommend it if you like puppet shows.
Frozen and Frozen are two of the greatest films of all time. Well, my opinion might be slightly biased, because as you know, I kind of like Elsa. When I say kind of, I think that she's the coolest thing ever.

Anyways, an important attribute of animated films is having a good cast of voices. Voice acting requires being able to give a convincing performance without the benefit of being physically expressive. Thankfully, both Frozen films have quite the impressive cast.

Frozen introduced me to Idina Menzel. If you ask me, she's one of the greatest singers of all time. In fact, she's one of my...

Robin Williams is one of the most popular comedians of all time. In addition to that, he became famous for his impressive acting career. I greatly admired Robin Williams and his death was a hard thing for me to cope with. Thankfully, his powerful legacy continues to live on in the hearts of millions of fans. In order to honor Robin Williams, I have this article to go over my favorite films that he appeared in.

Mrs. Doubtfire

Robin's role in the film: Daniel Hillard

In this film, Daniel Hillard is a dad who gets along well with his kids but has a falling out with his wife. In order to keep seeing...

The Grinch is one of the most iconic stories that Dr. Seuss has ever written. It's my favorite out of all of the stories that Dr. Seuss wrote. The story was so popular that it has been adapted into a 1966 TV special, a 2000 live-action film, and a 2018 animated film. This article is to look over the very talented actors and actresses who have helped bring the legendary story to life.

Characters that appear in all 3 adaptations of the story:

The Grinch: Boris Karloff (1966 TV special), Jim Carrey (2000 film), Benedict Cumberbatch (2018 film)

Cindy Lou Who: June Foray (1966 TV special), Taylor...

The first Frozen film made such a big impact on me that I became very excited for a sequel. The sequel ended up coming out about six years after the first film. This was because the makers of Frozen planned on Frozen being a standalone story. However, after coming up with an idea that they thought was good enough, they decided to make a second film. I'm so glad that they made the decision to do that.

In the second film, Elsa has started hearing a mysterious voice. She attempts to find out where the voice is coming from. In the process of doing so, she gets into contact with the spirits of the...

Frozen is a Disney animated film that I kind of like. When I say kind of, what I actually mean is that I love it! It's a film that I've seen more times than anybody probably should. I used to watch this film more than once a week. It's a film that quickly grew quite the fanbase. I was certainly one of those fans that quickly got attached to the film.

Frozen centers around the bond between two princess sisters, who are named Anna and Elsa, that go on quite a unique adventure. Elsa was born with ice powers, but she's been ordered to keep that a secret. However, when Anna attempts to marry a prince...

Note: This article is dedicated in loving memory to Richard Harris, Richard Griffiths, John Hurt, Helen McCrory, Alan Rickman and Robbie Coltrane. Their wonderful contributions will not be forgotten. They will continue to live on in our hearts.

Harry Potter is a book series that was turned into a series of eight films. Unlike most film franchises, none of the eight Harry Potter films were badly received. Some of them were more successful than others, but none of them were hated.

The Main Trio:

Harry Potter: Daniel Radcliffe

Ron Weasley: Rupert Grint

Hermione Granger: Emma Stone

Major Supporting...

Two years ago, it was announced that one of my favorite directors, Tim Burton, would be making a show about my favorite character from The Addams Family, Wednesday. As soon as I heard about it, I was excited for it. I felt like I couldn't wait for it. Waiting for it hasn't been easy, but after two years of anticipation, the show has finally come out.

Wednesday focuses on a teenaged Wednesday Addams. She has been kicked out of various schools for her troublesome behavior. She has been sent to Nevermore Academy, the school that Wednesday's parents went to when they were her age. Nevermore Academy...

This article is for letting you know what has been going on for me in recent years. It's also about expressing gratitude to all of my friends on here.

First off, I'd like to thank you, my friends, for supporting me and being there for me. Before joining this site, I wasn't very interested in friendship. However, meeting you and learning how much joy can be gained from friendship made me start to appreciate the magic of friendship. Over the years, I don't always word myself in the most eloquent of ways. I often make mistakes. It means so much to me that you accept me for who I am. Your encouragement...
