*The Senator laughed a vicious laugh, standing atop the precipice of his large tower. The Senator turned his face to the Knights of Right, the large group of superheroes that gathered to stop the hero, lead by the two greatest heroes of them all. The cybernetic billionaire with a body of iron and wires, but a heart of gold, White Dragon, and the champion of humanity from an alien planet, Mr. Marvelous. The Senator laughed once more as he stared down at the heroes, crossing his arms. His large masculine figure shown through his dark black suit and red tie. He stared at the two heroes and shouted, “So, you finally show yourselves, heroes! Didn’t I tell you that your so called bravery would be your undoing!? You truly are blind, aren’t you”
“You’re the one who’s blind, Senator!” White retorted, the shimmer from his silver suit shining brightly, his hands outstretched from his body, ready to attack. “We will defeat you and bring justice to the city”
The Senator gave a mighty roar of laughter before he followed, “Justice?! What foolish concept! You know that there is no way to bring true justice to the world other than the justice I bring. The world is rotten to the core. The only way to make a true world is to purge the world and start anew, creating a true world of justice!”
“You’re insane!” White retorted, ready to jump at the chance, only held back by Mr. Marvelous putting his hand out, keeping his gaze on the man. Mr. Marvelous stepped forward, his suit of white and gold shining brightly above the evening sun. His eye mask of white covering his eyes and his gold blonde hair gelled to create the perfect curl stepped forward and proclaimed, “Senator, in the name of the people of the world and for true justice, I will defeat you!”
The Senator grinned menacingly, raising his hand into the air and calling out, “Alright then! Machines!”
In an instant, the roof was swarmed by millions of robots, rushing at the army of heroes, leaving White and The Senator to their own devices and Mr. Marvelous and the others fought back the others. White Dragon did not hold back, using his rocket boots to launch himself forward and strike a blow into the chin of The Senator. The citizens below looked up as the heroes fought against the war machines, worried for their heroes with immense fear. But the battle was won after a short while. After the machines were done, White dragon sent a hard punch into the Senator’s chest, knocking him to the ground. The Senator felt his legs shaking from the pain, but remained standing. The heroes looked over, feeling a sense of pride. But from what they saw, White Dragon was not so pleased with himself. He looked down at The Senator, who kept a grin on his face. The Senator grabbed hold of White Dragon’s arm and pulled him closer, whispering into his ear, “False gods all fall, White . Heroes will fall just the same. You’re so called justice is nothing but a false ideology to delude yourselves. How long before your “justice” breaks away? No, I’m not giving you the satisfaction of saving these people. Time for you to wake up, White!”
In an instant, The Senator shoved White back hard, barely able to collect himself and launch himself forward to The Senator to stop him. The Senator threw himself off the roof of the building, falling to the ground below. White Dragon flew down fast as he could, the other heroes having no time to react as they witnessed The Senator and White fall down below. White Dragon reached his hand out as The Senator plummeted to the streets below, his hand reaching ever closer to his collar until… A loud splat echoed throughout the street corner. White’s iron body was drenched in the blood of The Senator, his limp, broken body lying before him, cracks formed into the road from the impact. The Senator lied in a pool of his own blood, a twisted grin on his face as he lied before the city residents. Despite the horrifying scene before him, the citizens slowly began to clap for White, who just stared down at the corpse of his most despicable nemesis who he had still tried to save. The words echoed through his mind about justice. About heroes. About false gods.
Twenty Years Later
The world had transformed into a single continental superpower, known as the United Nations of Earth. All were under the rule of the superheros now. They had taken over the world through all powerful means, from police rankings to politics. They saw fit to protect the fate of humanity by any means necessary. Crime was stopped almost immediately, and any crime was deemed punishable by heroes laws. Any murderer or rapist was beaten within an inch of their life before being thrown into a cell for the rest of their days. However, simple crimes like littering and jaywalking were met with the same punishment. Even the police are run by lesser known heroes with their own super powers. The heroes we once loved, idolized and even worshipped had now become beings that we feared for every waking moment. Someone would have to show that heroes were not all to be scary. Whoever that would be, I had no idea anymore.
There was a speech today hosted by one of the heroes from the original team, Knights of Right, a once spunky hero who went by the name of Volt Grayson, better known as High Volt, or better known now as Mayor Volt, who has the power to control lighting. Everywhere he goes, he has to be in his bright yellow suit, covered from head to toe in lighting symbols. He thought it was stylish, but most thought it was hideous. Regardless, he was the mayor of my local town, a man who was always a person who loved the city. But now, he pushes for people to do as he says, as corrupt as it is. He has no qualms with anyone getting beaten. He’s even tried pushing for the age of judgement to go from twelve to five, meaning he wanted kids in kindergarten to get beaten. I knew that his meeting in the town square would allow me to give the message I wanted. If you are here expecting a story about trying to work together with the heroes, to try and get along with them… well… That’s not happening. I rolled into the place with my usual attire. Hair dyed to keep my appearance secret, a large pair of glasses around my eyes, big headphones that were blasting my favorite pop tracks, red lipstick, a hot pink t-shirt with a skirt and leggings underneath, a pair of combat boots that could turn into skates at the click of my heels, and my personal favorite, anti-power magnums. I walked up on that stage, I approached High Volt, and before security could even react, I took out my gun and blew that fuckers brains out all over the stage. His head blew up like a watermelon, and it painted the white stage pretty nicely, I should add. Of course, the hero police weren’t wasting any time rushing at me, so I made sure to pack a few more bullets within me. With my headphones loud and my targets in sight, I cleared the stage in a few seconds, rolling around firing at all the pricks that rushed at me. Let me tell you, seeing those heroes come at me, thinking I was just another gang banger was hilarious. Because in this day and age, people are just too scared to try anything new. This world is getting boring and these heroes are getting way too uppity with their dumbass rules. In a world with only heroes, it helps to have a bad guy. My name’s Bad B!tch, and I’m going to have some fun killing these heroic bastards. And I’m coming for you personally, Redd Dragon!
