Jade was crying her heart out. Never had she felt so lost. She had hurt her sisters, she had tormented herself, and she was aching for something she knew she could never have. Jade got off her bed, pulling the gun from underneath. She held it to her head and was about to pull the trigger. But a voice stopped her. “Stop! Don't....please don't....”
“Why not?!” Jade yelled.
“Tell him....he needs to know....”
“Know what?!”
“That you love him....”
“How-how do you know that?”
“I know because I feel the same way. I love him too.”
“Y-you do?”
“Yes. Very much so.”
“Then why are you stopping me?”
“So you can be satisfied knowing he knows. Put the gun down Jade.”
Jade did as instructed. The voice inside her was helping. Even though she-
“Jade?”
“Robin!”
“Tell him...”
“Are you okay Jade?” Robin asked, coming into the room.
“Umm...”
“Tell him...tell him now Jade...before anything else happens...”
“No. I'm not actually.”
“Is there anything I can help with?”
“Yeah. You can just...close your eyes for me.”
Robin raised an eyebrow but did what Jade had requested. But his eyes quickly opened when he felt her lips against hers. And he pulled away.
“Jade?”
“I-I'm sorry! I know you don't like me that way. But I had to do it. And with that in mind I have to say how much...I love you.”
Robin stared at the girl in front of him. What? She loved him?
“I know that you love another Robin. But it's okay. I just had to let you know. Even though I could never have you. But you deserved to know the truth.”
“Jade...it's time...”
“It's time,” Jade said.
“Time for what?”
“Time to go where I belong.”
“Huh?”
Jade picked the gun up off the floor. She held it in her hand, studying it. Robin felt uneasy when she looked at him. But she just kissed his cheek. In one fluid motion, Jade put the gun to her head and pulled the trigger. BANG!

I walked into the lounge to find a huge tree set up. When I say huge I mean the tip is shadowed by the ceiling. Megan Alex and Connor were starting to decorate. I grabbed a grappling hook and shot it into the rafters. Megan was telekinetically keeping a box of decorations up with her and Alex while Connor and Bat’s had their own box on the floor with them. Alex saw me and smiled.
“Wow. First smile I’ve gotten in a long time” I commented

I opened my eyes and looked at my calendar. It was December 24. Christmas Eve. It was also the three week anniversary of my mother’s death and the week anniversary of her funeral. I sighed and felt the locket on my neck. Today, it would gain two more pictures. I changed into a red top with some nice jeans and some converse. I slipped on my green hoodie and flew out the door. They were all specially made for my wings. I flew into the lounge and saw I was the second one up. Batman was there too. I flew over to him.
