Willow knew there was something wrong with her leader when Becca walked through the door. Becca's eyes narrowed as she looked at two of her teammates.
“Enough!” she shouted.
It caused both girls to stop and all to straighten at her sharp tone.
“Because you two have decided that you need the practice, three hours in the training room. Each girl! Now go.”
No one dared to groan. Becca was usually calmed and relax. But no one went up against her when she was mad. It was like committing suicide. Becca's sharp look sent them all scurrying out the door. Willow looked back at her leader and determined to speak to her after she was done training.

Becca felt the tears in her eyes. She sank onto the sofa before she lost her balance. Just because she was hurt gave her no right to harm her team. But she couldn't make the pain go away. It was suffocating her. With a shake of her head, Becca went to her room. She knew she had to get the Dark magic out of her system and fast. Sitting with her legs crossed, Becca went into meditation. It drained the darkness out of her but it also took time. When the last bit of the foul magic was gone, Becca found it had taken three hours.
Which meant her girls were done with her command. The suffocating feeling came back and Becca wanted to cry. But she had to be strong. A very tempting thought came to her but she knew it wasn't the answer. Still it would focus her pain elsewhere. Taking one of her daggers, Becca held it above her wrist. But she couldn't do it. No matter how much she wanted to, she couldn't do it. Instead, she threw the knife at the wall.
“Becca?”
A muffled voice called out to her and Becca stood. She opened the door.
“Willow. What do you need?”
“I need to talk to you.”
Becca ushered her in and shut the door. Willow examined Becca's room, seeing the dagger.
“Having a hard time?” she whispered, pulling the dagger out of the wall.
“What did you want to talk about?” Becca redirected.
“You. Something's wrong and I can tell.”
“I'm fine.”
“You're lieing.”
“It's none of your buisness.”
“Did it have anything to do with Young Justice?”
Becca stiffened and Willow knew in an instant.
“Wally's my boyfriend Becca. If it concerns Young Justice, it involves me. Tell me what happened.”
Becca's lower lip quivered and she broke down. Tears flowed down her cheeks in rivers and she spoke in fluent Italian. Willow didn't understand but comforted Becca despite that. She knew her leader had a tendency to speak in another language when upset. When Becca was done with her tirade, Willow spoke in a comforting tone.
“Becca, you need to speak so I can understand you.”
“Okay.”
Becca took a shaky breath and repeated the scenario in English. When she was finished, she looked up at Willow. Her features were set in stone and she looked almost...deadly.
“What are you going to do?” Becca whispered.
“I'm going to give them a piece of my mind.”
“When?”
“Now. And you're coming with me.”
“Why? I don't want to cause problems.”
“You aren't the problem. Sam is.”
“Can I please stay here?”
Willow looked down at her leader. Becca looked wounded and worn, her eyes deepening into sorrow. And it broke Willow's heart.
“Yeah. Get some rest. I'll take care of Sam.”
“Thank you.”
“Anything for you Becca.”
