Chapter Ten-
Alexa slumped against the wall. She wanted to cry, but refused to.
She had to move out of the ruined building that had served as her home for so many years. There was nothing to take with her except a few pair of clothes the Injustice League had given her.
Alexa bit back a sob and picked up the backpack with her clothes in it and walking through the wall.
She slid along the shadows of the building before darting across the street. She heard sirens down the street and ducked behind a garbage can as they passed. After a moment, and making sure the area was clear, Alexa got up and darted to the end of the alleyway.
She climbed up the ladder and slipped. She gritted her teeth and pulled herself up the icy ladder. This whole ordeal reminded her of the beginning.

"Alexa! Are you coming for dinner or what?" a woman called.
"Coming mother!" the little nine year old replied, jogging down the stairs.
The little girl, her father, and her father sat at the table for a minute when they heard something outside. Her father opened the blinds to reveal Batman and the Joker surrounded by police officers.
"What the-?" her father asked. "Sally! Turn on the television!"
"Who are they daddy?" the little girl asked, her black hair waving behind her head.
"Those are fugitives, honey. Bad guys."
"Bad guys indeed." Alexa said, sitting on the roof. "Oh, dad." with that Alexa broke into tears.
Similar tears slid down the face of the masked figure across the street.

Eyes of Artemis
Dick’s POV:
He let a small laugh escape through his mouth. He knew it was Artemis and maybe she knew he was Robin. But it was a tiny chance he looked at her, standing in the crowd talking to Rachel a senior year. He smiled. Artemis was in good hands.
Artemis POV:
“Thanks” She putted the papers in her bag. “tomorrow a need them back so don’t forget them.” “Got it.” Artemis answered. Rachel started to talk “Well, let’s start then, We are now in the hall of the Gotham academy.” Artemis looked around, everybody was to their lessons except a few. The hall itself was made of grey, silvery stone. The wall reflected the blue sky and she thought of the strange boy. “Are you coming or not?” Rachel stood in the giant stanchion. “I’m coming.” As she walked to Rachel remembering the mysterious laugh.
