I live in Montana.I just finished collage,got a degree in animal biology. I decided to treat myself by going to Canada. I decided to go to a park called'Wolf Park' I chose to stay for a week. I drove up with my truck and read a sign 'Proof of last Tetanus shot required' I parked the truck and went inside.As I walked in and saw wolf-pups for sale.I walked up to the lady behind the desk,
"Elijah Boyd,reservation for one week."
"Tetanus papers?" she asked and I handed them to her.
"Do you also sell,uh,older wolves?"
"Yes.Are you interested in purchasing one?"
"Yes."
"Follow me." she lead me into a room in the back.
"That one is beautiful! I want that one!" I said to the snow-white wolf.
"She was just brought in an hour ago."
she had me sign some papers and gave me a collar with the she-wolf's name on it,'Kaila'
I put the beautiful blue collar on her and put her in my truck. I set camp up deep in the park.After my tent was set up I carefully moved Kaila in it. I then lightly stroked her fur. She woke up and snapped at my hand.
"Wow! Easy Kaila easy!"
"How do you now my name?"
"I guessed." I said slightly surprised she could talk.
"Please don't hurt me." She said backing away
"I would never hurt any wolf,unless it was self defense."
"Thank you,do you know where my parents are?"
"No I don't,we'll look for them when I go on my hike tomorrow,it's too dark for tonight."I said laying in my sleeping bag and closed my eyes.
"Hey dude?"
"Call me David...It's my middle name."
"Ok. David,I'm cold."
"You are too,huh?"I said unzipping my sleeping bag so it would act as a comforter,"I brought a blanket"She laid next to me and I pulled the blanket over us,then I put my arm over her,
"What are you doing?" she said as I quickly pulled my arm away.
"Sorry, my dog always sleeps with me,and I always put my arm on her. It became a habit."
