Kate was in the family den with the Stinky, Runt, and Claudette. Trying to get some sleep but was to worried about her mate Humphrey. Thoughts flooded her mind.
"What.. What.. If he's dead?
" What if Hunters shot him?
"I can't sleep without him"
Kate felt like going insane but tried to remain calm.
The Alpha then decided to go out and search for him.
Back with Humphrey. The Omega was still lost in the endless Forest. Nature and endless stars surrounded him. His eyes were still red but he seemed more happy.
Less stressed.
He was sitting by a lake talking to someone. "Ha! Ha! Good one!"
A wolf spirit could be seen sitting next to him. Like a ghost. But not just any ghost. Humphreys sister. Beautiful Gray fur. Her beautiful female wolf figure. Her Long bushy tail. And white underbelly Along with her purple eyes similar to Lilly's eyes. Her long gray hair covered her left eye. As she smiled at Humphrey She was a bit smaller and younger than Humphrey possibly two years younger but was also an omega, non the less. They were cracking a few jokes about past together.
"Kenya it's been so long. Since, we last saw each other."
He said with a smile. As if she never left him.
"I've always been watching you and your mate. You're my Big brother. Always tried to protect me. So, I'm returning the favour. She said with a smile.
"But Kenya. What happened to you? Why aren't you still alive and well?" Humphrey replied and circled her.
"Well, you should know why. But it's not your fault it's mine. Honestly." She watched him, circle around her.
"HUMPHREY!" A voice was heard in the distance. It was Kate. She had come to bring him home. Running at full alpha speed.
Once, Kate saw Humphrey she sighed in relief that he was not hurt. But was confused that he was circling around. Nothing. As Kate could not see his sister's spirit.
"Humphrey. We have to go back it's not safe out here."
She said still panting, trying to regain her breath.
"Kate I'm talking to my sister. She's here with me. She never left me." Humphrey replied as he stopped, circling his ghost sister.
"Humphrey. Have you really lost it? You could have told me you had a sister instead of running out here in the forest." Kate answered him getting a little angry.
"Let's go." Kate commanded him. And began walking back to their territory.
"Can Kenya come to?" Humphrey asked Kate with a smile.
"Oh, you must have really lost it Big time. But sorry Humphrey she's not real. Let's go." She replied wanting him to come along.
Humphrey nodded and followed her back to the den.
Rather sad.
Kenya sat on a flat rock. Looking down at her reflect in the river. Yet, it couldn't be seen at all. She truly was a ghost.
"Not real? What does she mean. I'm very real. Maybe, she's trying to get Humphrey away from me. Taking my Big brother away from me. My only family left."
She looked back to them. She was smart. But didn't think about crying. As she knew, it would never solve, anything in her life. She growled at them. As they walked back.
"I will have to prove to that meanie wolf. That I'm real. She can't just take, him away from me." Her eyes lit up. Purple flames appeared in her eyes. She was angry. Willing to do whatever it takes to get her brother back.
