I can't see why she still LOVES Stefan after all he's done for her wich is NOTHING really, compared to what Damon's done for her, he's rescued her to many times to count, like the car crash (1#fave Delena moment.
He actually proects her as he doesn't go with what Elena says, like with the sacrifise Stefan was just going to let Elena, HIS GIRLFRIEND risk her life with a 80 percent chance she would die just because it was her desision. Whereas Damon knew that she was gunna die and he didn't want to live with the regret of him losing the girl he loves because his brother making a stupid desision of letting her do it in the first PLACE!
Damon cares about Elena and loves her just as much as Stefan (alot more by the looks of it) and Elena still goes with the wrong guy again, but atleast she cares for him too.
Then to top it all off Elena goes to find the 'good Stefan that she knows and loves despite what Damon has been telling her and she gets herself bitten (felt so sad for her) and Damon the sweetheart <3 yet again comes to save her from hospital and then tells her tha he will never leave her again, I meen come on Elena you must of got the hint by now! hint hint
I love Delena and Damon/Elena, but I just want to get them together soon!!! Though Stelena where together by the first few episodes and this relationship has taken just over 2 series for them to grow stronger feelings,so the directors wouldn't take it this long for Delena to be nothing and I know for a fact that Delena will happen, maybe not yet, but it's close <3
Lets not give up hope yet because DELENA have only just begun x
