Elena started struggling to break free but it was useless the man was holding her tight. Damon started to move a little bit
"ah think about what you're doing" He said
"what do you want" Damon asked
"none of you're concern" The man said through gritted teeth.
"look she did nothing to you if it was me--"
"it was you" The man said "what don't remember? okay how about June 29 1895. i remember it as the day you killed me and made me like this." Damon waited for him to finish his sentence and used his speed to dissapear from sight. The man looked around but damon was gone.
"looks like you're boyfriend left you" he said still holding her
"he's not my boyfriend" elena said then kicking him in the private area.
the man laughed "kick all you want". Damon reappeared behind the man with a stake in his hand. He was about to stab the man when he spoke.
"don't even think about it as soon as that stake enters me she's gone." The man turned around and smirk "i thought you were smarter than that". Damon got angry and threw the stake but the man threw elena on the ground and dodged it. Damon saw this as a distraction and speared the man to the ground. Elena got up and grabbed the stake that was in the ground and threw it to damon. The man kicked damon off him and got up. The man used his speed and headed for the woods. Damon was about to go after him when elena grabbed him and stopped him.
"forget him he's gone" Elena said
Damon looked around then said "come on we have to get you out of here before something else happens". Damon said
"what about you're ring" Elena asked
"forget about it lets just get you home" Damon said

"yeah" Damon said then grabbed elena and carried her bridal style. He headed into the wood the opposite direction of the man and ran with elena. Elena felt safe in damon's arm even thought he was jumping tree to tree, she felt like nothing could hurt. She wrapped her arms around damon's neck and rested her head on his chest.
After a while of running and dodging tree branches damon felt tired and stopped.
"what's wrong" elena asked worried. Damon shaked his head and said nothing.
"do you need blood?" Elena asked. "can you let me down". Damon let elena down. Elena checked damon face and touched his eyes
"elena i'm fine" Damon said moving his head away.
Damon went under a tree and sat down. Elena sat next to him and held out her arm.
"elena no" Damon said
"okay damon you don't look well and i'm pretty sure you don't feel well either so just take it" Elena said
"no" damon said with no emotions
Elena sighed "at least do it for me." She touched his cheeks and moved closer. Inch by inch until her lips met his. She kissed him slowly and gentle. Damon hesited for a momemt then kissed her back. Damon cupped elena's face and kissed her again and this time hard. Damon felt his fangs and veins out and wanted to stop before hurting elena but something in him didn't want to.
Elena felt damon's fangs too but decided to ignore it cause she wanted him to drink some of her blood so he could feel better. After many failed tries to break the kiss damon stopped trying and bit elena's bottom lip. The moment elena's blood hit his tongue again he knew he wanted more. He sucked on elena's lip hard and lustful. The moment was both pain and pleasure for elena.
Damon finally realized he was drinking elena's blood and relunctedly pulled away.

"yes it was" Damon said then kissed elena again. The two kissed again and lay down on the forest floor. Tonight was the best night for damon and elena felt she could lay down in damon's arm forever.
