Melody's Nanny Chapter 2

Normally, Eric would be in his office, working on countless papers for his boss. But last night, after he put the nanny advertisement on the newspaper, he had requested a day off on Saturday from his boss thus he could find a nanny for Melody. His boss agreed and hoped to have him back at work soon.
Now Saturday came and everybody read Eric's advertisement. Many nanny candidates showed up at Eric's house. The Interviews took place in the living room. While Eric was sure to hire a nanny, Melody was not thrilled.

I don't know why Daddy is doing this! I don't want a nanny!...

Chapter 1

"Melody, wake up," said Eric as he patted his five-year-old daughter on the arm.

"Five more minutes, Daddy," Melody yawned.

"But Melody today is your first day at your new school. If you don't get up, you'll be late," Eric responded.

"I don't want to go to school today!" said Melody.

"Melody, get out of bed right now or I'll spank you," Eric firmly stated.

Melody's eyes went wide and quickly got out of bed. Eric left while she got dressed. She took her pink pajamas off and tossed them on her bed. Then, Melody slowly put her on her outfit on. She dressed slowly since she did not want to...

Finally here it is my long overdue article. Movies wouldn´t be the same without music, and DP movies are not the exception. A couple of months ago I made some picks in order to find out fanpop users´ favorite song from each Disney Princess movie. I must say some of the results were surprising and not everybody agreed on them, but those were the results of the picks. I gasped and scrambled onto my feet. I was too chicken to talk to him, so I ran out of the bathroom.
But I'm not a lucky girl. I slipped on water, and slammed hard on the linoleum floor.
Damn it, I muttered, standing again. Phillip was in his robe now.
I couldn't take any chances. I ran out of the bathroom, back in the hallway again. My only options were the staircase that had a sign that read "Dungeon", and a shiny armor.
I picked the armor. I stuffed the camera in my pocket and climbed in, making sure the helmet closed tightly...

I was out hiking in the woods with a few friends of mine, when we all got lost and accidentally split up. Unfortunately, I got myself into the middle of the forest, and now I have NO idea how to get home.
For about an hour or so, I sat on a stump, praying that my friends would find a chopper and pick me up.
Pfft. Some friends I have.
Suddenly, a dark figure was walking toward me. She had beautiful, long black hair, and was wearing a skirt that went over her knees--bad clothing for the forest.
I took my notepad out of my backpack and set it on my knees.

Me: You're Pocahontas, right?

"Why do you think they let us go?" I heard Adam ask from beside
me as we walked over branches and bushes, we were nearing the

Chapter 5:


I could tell my legs were bleeding, they had been dragging me for
atleast 15 minutes and the rocks and twigs had somehow found
their way into my boots scratching against the side and cutting the
skin.
I stopped trying to escape awhile ago, after they had released my feet
I tried to kick and scream for help but it didn't exactly work.
Adam never tried to escape he let them drag him through the forest

Chapter 4:


My footsteps were light like a deer's as I hid in shadows and behind
trees.
It was easy slipping through the fence, the guards wern't the most
observant men. But still the thoughts of Natives laurking around waiting
for me to step out with bows and arrows truthfully frightened me.
I managed to grab a sword before I left from a tool shed where I would
return it in the morning, but for now it rested in its case on my hip

Four months on a boat in the middle of the ocean with no land in

A/N#1: So I watched "Pocahontas" today and I had forgotten how great of a movie it was, it's now my second favorite
disney movie. I have not watched the second...personally...I probably never will...soooo I'm just writing this on what
knowledge I have of the tale and if something is incorrect...or if there was a character death I'm not aware of...then they
are alive in my story...so yeah. This is just a chapter...I want to know how this will be received, but dont worry...in this

The first Prettiest Princess countdown was done about seven months ago by princesslullaby, and the article for the results was written six months ago. Since then, I've noticed that people's opinions have changed on several princesses: Belle, Pocahontas, Cinderella, Mulan, and others. I thought a redo should happen, so I got the okay from you guys, and here this is!
EDIT: Pictures (of course) are refusing to download. I add pictures by adding them to iPhoto and then selecting them from it while making picks or articles. So, iPhoto is not connected to the Internet...

First a little introduction, I have every intention of seeing this movie, but here are my personal judgments of this movie based on the controversies surrounding it, trailers and so forth. Since i like to end on a happy note, we'll start with the bad.
