Cinderella (2015) is a masterpiece and my favorite live action remake of a Disney princess movie for many reasons, and one of them is how smoothly elements of other Disney films are implemented into the story.

Cinderella already shared similarities with the original Sleeping Beauty and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs animated movies before becoming a live action remake.

Cinderella had an evil step mother and was treated like a servant in her own home just like Snow White was. Cinderella longed to be free to make her own choices just like Aurora in Sleeping Beauty.

Cinderella also was able to communicate with her animal friends just like both Snow White and Aurora. Besides these similarities, two more similarities were added for the live action version of Cinderella (2015).

1. How Cinderella (2015) added a similarity to Sleeping Beauty:

Cinderella originally meets her prince charming at the ball in the animated version of Cinderella. Ella in the live action version meets the prince while horseback riding in the forest. She saves the deer that Prince Kit is hunting. The two instantly fall for each other and wish to see each other again.

This is similar to how Aurora meets Prince Phillip in Sleeping Beauty. Aurora is singing and dancing with her animal friends in the forest when Prince Phillip on horseback hears her singing. The two meet in the woods and share a conversation, a song, a dance, and fall in love.

Both are forest scenes where a horseback riding prince meets and falls in love with the strange, animal loving peasant, which was not originally in the animated version of Disney's Cinderella.

2. How Cinderella (2015) added a similarity to Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs:

Cinderella originally meets the Fairy Godmother while she is crying after her dress is torn by her mean stepfamily.

This is also when Ella in the live action version meets the Fairy Godmother, but this time the Fairy Godmother appears as an elderly lady who requests a drink from Ella, who kindly obliges.

Similarly, Snow White encounters an elderly lady who needs her assistance due to being tired and her heart hurting, so Snow White offers her a drink. This elderly lady was not a Fairy Godmother in disguise as in Cinderella (2015), though, and was in fact the evil queen tricking Snow White into letting her inside so she would have the opportunity to poison her with an apple.

Both Ella and Snow White assist a strange, elderly lady who is in disguise by giving them a drink. Both elderly ladies are also magical and hiding their true purpose for requesting a drink from the princesses.

Now that you have seen the similarities between Cinderella (2015), Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White, which movie is your favorite?

Do you like that elements from Snow White and Sleeping Beauty were added to Cinderella (2015)?

Please leave your thoughts in the comments. :)

These kind of articles are kinda passeé, but there's never anything wrong to do them once in a while. I'm excited for Moana, the songs, the characters sound so charming, and it feels like a genuine classic Disney film of the 90s, very similar to Aladdin, which would make me happy.

So without further ado, here are my favorites.

10- Alice in Wonderland- It's so original, and I feel it's the only Alice in Wonderland adaptation that isn't a borefest. I think the captured of the book well, and it really helps how they showed the story in a more "visual" sense, while the book obviously relied more...

"Who's that handsome guy?"
Alright,as you may all know back in December I made my "Getting to know Renegade1765" article, but as time went by,I became pretty unsatisfied with the article,so I'm making this article as a updated version of it because most of my articles are great, but that one is the one that I'm not very satisfied with.
First of all,I will be very honest this time and I will go into more detail about myself.
Second,I will explain "My Origins","My Personality","My Fears","My Likes",My Lists","My Dislikes" and "My Dreams".
Third, everything in this new article is 100% true,I didn't make this up,I'm telling...
