Twilight_Dream wow. it seems like almost everyone who doesn't like twilight has written some type of article or something else against it. well, im gonna post whatever the heck i want since this is the fantasy club and twilight fits into the fantasy catagory in my book. but thanks anyway.

roobiip (I know I have nothing to do with this -I'm not even a fan on this spot X)- but I came across with this article and couldn't help myself) FANTASY: imagination unrestricted by reality/ fiction with a large amount of imagination in it. IMAGINATION: the ability to form mental images of things or events. both fantasy and imagination have no limits: fairies, withces, dragons, griffins, werewolfs, vampires, ETC., they are not real, so we all should have the right to picture them as we want to, shouldn't we? To be honest with you, I also think the "classic" vampires are better, I love twilight but I still choose the vampires who die in the sunlight. But if some twilighters want vampires to sparkle in the sun, WHY CAN'T THEY? I mean.. "Real ones dont sparkle in the sun"?.. "This is for real Fantasy Vampires"?? I'm sorry, I must have missed the day when someone announced the official way every single imagination/fantasy creature is, and that it is forbidden to imagine them any differently! :O ¬_¬ come on! I mean, there CAN'T be stereotypes in fantasy. That would be the last straw! seriously, isn't that a little bit TOO MUCH?? to expect people to see everything how you want them to? How closed-minded are you??

MrsEric_M But Vampires is already fantasy. Sparkly Vampires is fantasy on top of Fantasy. The point is we should be able to go to a fantasy site without it being taken over by Twilight people. I DO NOT apologize for this. Because its true. Vampires DO NOT sprakle. They die, in sunlight. Stephanie Meyer recreated Vampires. So if you want to see Vampires in that light, dont let it ruin this spot. Because here they dont. Twilight is more Romance than Fanstasy.

Vampires don't exist, thus any description for them will do. Some vampires don't die by garlic, are they "fake"? We can't all rely on Nosferatu or Dracula to give us a specific outline of vampire-beings. They may be the "true vampires" but remember, they're not real. Mr. Black can go to hell. They're actually just "shapeshifters," not wolves. Lame. Anyway, books shouldn't be hated. I do agree it's the overworking, psychopath fans that need to chill. Twilight would've been pretty okay with the world if people stopped tripping over it. "But please if you have to talk twilight leave it at the Twilight spot." You're talking about Twilight..., hence I would not be typing "Twilight" in my response, unless you've mentioned it.

macarenafranco Sparkling vampires are idiot. And that's my final word. Seriously, can you imagine a character saying: "Hi, I met my first vampire today. It was a sunny day. He wasn't dying, but he was sparkling"? That's really stupid.

princess_16 I'm not a big Twillight book hater, but movies totally suck, and they're very different then movies. I mean, vampires who sparkle because of the diamond skin, and who don't bust in the sun? I love fairies, but come on, there's a big difference :/

werewolflover I'm not trying to be rude when I say this but.You're NOT the boss of me.Vampires are fantasy and if I wanna put something about the "fake" vampires,then I will.I know everything's getting over-run with twilight,but I'm not one of those fans who'll try to kill someone if they don't like twilight.But seriously,I think a twilight fans should be able to talk about those vampires if they want to because they are still VAMPIRES.

Okuni I hate Twilight. And true that vampires do not sparkle in the freaking Sun. But actually they don't die in the Sun either. I am well-versed in the supernatural, and actually true vampires are like normal humans except with super strength, blood-sucking capabilities, heightened senses and a few other things. The fact that they die in the light of the sun is a pure myth, a misconception. And they don't really turn into bats. True vampires are also considered unbelievably prideful creatures, so much that one vampire taking a form not of their own species would be excluded from their...er...cohorts. People bitten my vampires do turn into vampires, but they are considered impure and can suffer greatly under sunlight, but they don't die. They are also not as proud. I hope this useless trivia about vampires proved interesting!

wotsup61 twilight is ok when it is out and stuff but when it is not out and you are waiting for the next movie its really bad and i only like vampires if they are in a movei or a book and its funny or something really bad that i laugh at them

fireyes Sorry if you don't like this but I HATE vampires but LOVE werewolves probley because I'm a sucker for wolves dogs and puppies so I cant help it.
