Although many artists went on tour to promote their music, Michael loathed touring. He really loved his fans and did want to do anything that would disappoint them. Michael hated being mobbed by over enthusciatic girls, who ripped at his clothes, scratched, and pulled his hair. These girls would do anything just to touch him and they did not realize that they were hurting him when they mobbed him. In order to get through the crowd, Michael would have to run through quickly with the security guards and police holding the crowd back. Always the professional, Michael never told the fans that he did not want to see them. Instead he always smiled as he entertained the crowd with his music and dancing.
Over the past few days, he had plenty of time to think about his situation with Jasmine. He understood why she had ran away from him. She was so scared to take a chance and let down her guard around him. If she did, she was scared that she would fall in love with him. He already knew that he was falling in love with her because she was all that he could think about anymore and it was driving him crazy. As he drove over to her place, he decided to tell her that he loved her and that he wanted them to be together. But if she was still not ready for a relationship, what could he do? He did not really have a choice but to accept and respect her decision because he refused to push her into a relationship that she was not ready for. He would tell her that he hoped that she would be happy and one day she would find the man of her dreams. Finally, he arrived at her apartment. He pulled into her driveway and parked the car. Then he sighed, grabbed the bouquet of red roses, and got out of the car. He walked to her door and rang the door bell.
Meanwhile Jasmine and Greg were still kissing. But when she heard the door bell ring, she broke the kiss and slapped Greg as hard as she could.
"Ouch! What did you do that for?", he demanded.
She ignored him and walked over to the door.
"Who is it?"
"Michael."
She opened the door and he walked in to the apartment.
"Michael, what are you doing here?"
"I had to see you, Jasmine. We need to talk.", he said.
At that moment, Greg decided to walk in to the living room.
"Jasmine-", he began. Then he saw her with Michael.
"What the hell is going on?! Who the hell is this and what you doing with my girl?!"
"Your girl?", Michael said incrediously.
"Yeah, my girl", said Greg getting in Michael's face.
"You must be Greg", he said with a smirk.
"Wait, a minute. I know you. You are Michael Jackson. What are you doing here? Why did you come to see my girl?"
Michael ignored him and looked at Jasmine.
"Jasmine, what's going on? What is he talking about? Did I interrupt something?"
Before she could answer, Greg got in Michael's face again.
"Yeah, you did, punk! Now why don't you just leave before I kick your ass?!"
Michael glared at Greg and said, "Are you threatening me? Because I don't like to be threatened."
"Whatcha going to do about it, asshole?",said Greg and pushed him.
"Don't touch me.", Michael warned him.
Greg ignored his warning and pushed Michael again. Michael repeated his warning. When Greg pushed him again, Michael punched him in the face and Greg fell over the coffee table snapping it in half. Then he tried to rush Michael, but Jasmine stepped in between them.
"Stop it!", she yelled.
"Jasmine, tell this punk that we are back together."
"I got your punk right here!"
"What's up then?!"
Greg tried to step around Jasmine, so he could attack Michael, but she shoved him.
"I said stop it!"
She glared at both of them. Then she walked over the couch and buried her face in her hands. Michael walked over to the couch and sat next to her.
"Jasmine?"
She ignored him.
"Jasmine, look at me. Is it true? Are you and Greg back together?"
She began to laugh and walk away from him.
"Are Greg and I back together?", she repeated still laughing.
Greg and Michael exchanged a look as they waited for her answer because she was still laughing.
It took a while, but she pulled herself together and she looked at Michael.
"That was hiliarous what you just asked me.", she told him.
She walked over to Greg and smiled at him sarcastically.
"Why would I ever take you back, you son of a bitch? Did you really think that I would ever forgive you for what you did to me?"
"Why did you kiss me?", he asked.
"That was a good-bye kiss and I hope that you enjoyed it because you will never kiss me again. Which reminds me where is your girl? Why did you come crawling back to me?"
"Wait, a minute. So now you are cheating on your girl? You really are pathetic."
"Well, Greg, why did you come over here?",asked Jasmine. Then she laughed and said, "Don't tell me. You broke up with Chloe didn't you? Hmm.... she must have cheated on you. I can't say that I feel sorry for you because I don't. Payback is a bitch isn't it?"
"But,Jazzy what about us?"
She laughed harshly and said, "Us? There is no us,Greg and don't call me Jazzy."
"Jasmine, I love you."
"Love? You don't even know the meaning of the word. If you are so lonely for companionship, then go cuddle with a dog. Now get the hell out of my apartment."
"Jasmine,please don't this."
"I think that you should leave before I throw your ass out.", Michael said.
Greg started to get in his face again, but something in Michael's expression told him that would be a huge mistake and Michael had already hit him. So he just left the apartment leaving Jasmine and Michael alone.
