Before presenting Justin Bieber with an award, Cyrus announces 'We Can't Stop' arrives June 3.


[i]Miley Cyrus is a woman of her word. After teasing fans she'd give them the latest news on her highly anticipated new single at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night (May 19), she did just that, confirming that "We Can't Stop" will arrive June 3.

The Mike Will Made It-produced tune will drop on Ryan Seacrest's radio show in just a few short weeks, marking the first listen of Miley's 2013 album.


Back in March, Miley called into Seacrest's radio show, teasing that her lead single would likely feature her "Ashtrays and Heartaches" collaborator, Snoop, but there's no word if "We Can't Stop" includes the iconic rapper — though the "We" certainly implies more than one person is involved.

A release date has yet to be announced for the album, though she's hit the studio with producers and artists, including Hit-Boy, Pharrell, Mac Miller and Tyler, the Creator. What could make Miley Cyrus so terrified that she had to move? Ghosts!

The 20-year-old starlet opened up in Elle UK's June 2013 issue about her supernatural encounter at a haunted London apartment. She was on a European tour in 2011 and looking for a place to call home overseas. Unfortunately, the place she wound up in ended up being a little too scary.

"It was seriously so terrifying," she told the magazine. "I thought I had seen a little boy sitting on the sink watching me take a shower so I felt really freaked out. I was sitting there the next night and maybe I'm crazy, but I could have sworn I could see this little boy sitting there on the sink, kicking his feet."

So who could this little boy have been? The former Disney darling revealed that the apartment building used to be a bakery and the little boy she thought she saw might have been the son of the deceased owner.

Smith took her turn in the design at an event for the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking in L.A. on May 9.

How they styled it: Cyrus sported her usual superstyled bleached-blond 'do, a gold choker, and a slick of red lipstick. Her competition worked the jumpsuit with a cropped jacket, a black choker, a blond wig, and a black hat similar to the one worn by Debbie Gibson in the '80s and Demi Lovato in recent years.
