I woke up to go to School. I get my backpack and supplies ready. I walk to the bus stop. As I wait, I wonder what awaits at School that day. The bus comes, and I get on.
I was in Math Class, just working on some fraction problems. "Hold on a minute, Class..." My teacher says as he walks outside. I glance behind me to see what. I turn around and continue my work. Then, my teacher tells us to turn around and it struck me. My heart thudded. There was a new pony at the School, and I just liked him at first sight. I was embarrassed, so I turn around. He took a seat, and I would just look at him. Oh, no... I'm in love.... I sigh. Well, this is going to hurt.... Get ready to feel pain...
We had a Field Day at School, so I got my lunch and sat with Coffee Creme. "Hello. I don't think you've noticed, but you and the new kid... Look alike. Both tired and dead. Also shy." She said. I smile and say, "You know.... I like him." She gasps. "Oh, you would make the perfect couple!" I laugh and glance at him.
I took a trip to the Snow Mountains. I brought along some paper. I drew 4 drawings of him. I couldn't stop thinking about him.. My heart would thud every time, and my stomach would turn. I waited anxiously for the days to pass by.
I was finally in School. I saw him, and I blushed. We had to make posters in Language Arts, but I couldn't concentrate.. "There he is." Whispered Coffee Creme. He was in front of me, and I pretended I was working. We went to Lunch, and the day passed by quickly. I was in the bus line with Coffee Creme, and Cinnamon Twist comes up to me. "Shadow Heart asked to go out with you." I feel a bolt of electricity go through me. Oh my... Celestia... I get shaky and then smile. I say, "Yes..." Coffee Creme gasps and is about to scream, but I cover her mouth. She goes up to him and says, "You like Ice Drop?" He nods. "Does she want to sit with me?" He tells her. She runs to me and says, "He asked if you want to sit next to him." I say yes, and he walks next to me. I blush. As we sit on the bus, I tell Coffee Creme to sit in the middle of us. He said, "So... What does she like to do?" "She loves to draw and read." Coffee Creme says quickly. "Ice Drop, show him your drawings!" She says. I get out my book full of drawings and she shows it to him. "Wow, she draws good." He says. I whisper to Coffee Creme, "Tell him what he likes to do." Coffee Creme asks him, "Ice Drop asked what you like to do." "I like to play video games, skateboard, and play basketball." He said. My stop was coming, so Coffee Creme just said quickly, "ICE DROP SAID BYE." I got up and left the bus. I walked home and couldn't stop thinking about him. Just don't get too happy about it... Nothing lasts forever.
The next day on the bus, Shadow Heart sat on the seat across me. Coffee Creme went on the bus. We started talking to each other, and I knew a lot more things about him. The same went on for the next 2 days.
We were lining up for the bus again, and I heard Shadow Heart tell Coffee Creme, "I need to tell you something when she gets off..." My heart fell. Well, it's over. Coffee Creme started getting nervous. I did too, but I didn't show it. I got off, and went home. I told Coffee Creme to call me right away.
My phone rang, and I picked up. "Hello?" I said, awaiting the bad news. "Uh, hello. I... Uh..." Coffee Creme stammered. I gulped. "I know, he broke up with me..." I said. "Yeah....." She said, sadly. "What happened?" I asked. "Well, when you left, he told me. I asked if he liked anyone else. He said no. I told him to tell me the truth. he paused for a long time, and then said, 'Her name starts with a C...' I guesses Constellation Shimmer, but he shook his head. I paused, and said 'Me?', and he just didn't say anything. I kept asking him, and he just kept telling me it starts with C. I said Constellation. He was getting off, so I said me again. He said 'Yes.' and got off the bus..." She finished. I felt my heart tear. "Oh. Well, thanks for telling me. Bye." I said. I just kept listening to music and wrote more poems to clear my mind. It was Friday, so there was no school for the next 2 days.
I went to School, and looked at Shadow Heart. I still have feelings for you... I didn't know if it was wrong to love him.
On Thursday, I was walking in the bus line. "Coffee Creme, may you lead the line, please?" A teacher asked. Coffee Creme nodded and went up front. I followed. Shadow Heart was with his little sister, so he went up front. A teacher asked me if I can walk with a second-grader, so I had to walk him. Shadow Heart said something, but I thought her was talking to his sister. He was actually talking to me. I couldn't really hear. We got on the bus, and when I was in front of his seat, he said, "Remember, 0.5?" He said. I smiled and laughed. It was an inside joke of ours. I felt joy rush through me, knowing we were still friends. I sat with Coffee Creme. It was my stop, and as I was leaving, Shadow Heart threw a water bottle at me. I gasped, looking behind to see him. He was smiling. I smiled back. "You're lucky it hit my hoof." I said.
The next day, he got on the bus, and I hit him with a piece of paper. I laughed, and he did too.
Maybe being friends can be enough...

With it being a year since FiM ended - and now that we're being forced to suffer through Pony Life 'til the next pony movie hits theaters - i think it's about time for me to rank all the seasons of Friendship is Magic, from my favorite to my least favorite. So, here it is:
1) Season 4 (BEST)
2) Season 2
3) Season 5
4) Season 7
5) Season 1
6) Season 9
7) Season 6
8) Season 8
9) Season 3 (WORST)
And keep in mind, this is just my opinion. Obviously, not everybody's gonna agree with me on this, but hey, that's totally fine. We all have our own opinions here, and as long as we respect each other and have a good time, that's all that matters.
