Note to reader: I decided to start doing my articles in more of a story form instead of a script-like form...It's much easier to work in details. Those who have read my previous articles know me to do my articles that way. Anyway, please enjoy the next chapter of Madagascar Epilogue.
Madagascar
Three Months Into Construction...
The past 3 months of construction has been very progressing for the animals. The platform is now nearly completed, & the penguins were now getting ready to bring down the plane after careful analysis of the plane's engine state.
The four mischievous penguins were now inside the plane, trying to work out how the plane was to be fixed. Skipper spoke up: "Kowalski! Analysis!"
"I just don't see how we're going to fix the plane. Now that I get a good look at it...I just don't see much hope for it." Kowalski said doubtfully. "On what grounds?" Skipper asked in a rather annoyed tone. "Well, where do I start? The wings are beaten & battered, the engines are shot, the wiring throughout the entire plane is tangled & broken, the--" Kowalski was then interrupted by a wave of Skipper's flipper. Skipper shook his head & said: "Kowalski! You're telling me that it's impossible to get this plane in the air?" "Well, maybe not impossible..." Kowalski said, but with that same doubtful tone.
"We are going to get this plane fully functioning. We are not going to give up. Unless you want to stay on this island...With the lemurs...." Skipper said, with hope that the mention of having to stay with the lemurs would persuade them into giving it a shot. Private spoke up: "I don't want to stay on this island, these lemurs are very unsanitary..." Rico perked up: "Kaboom!? Boom boom!"
Skipper shot an angry look at Rico. "Rico! How would dynamite solve anything?" Rico shrugged. "I dunno." Rico said nonchalantly. Skipper rolled his eyes & waddled up closer to his men. "C'mon men. It's high time a penguin took to the sky. The four penguins then exchanged high fives.
King Julien, Maurice, & Mort.......
King Julien, sitting on his new throne (which was actually just a seat that they took from the plane), started to get very annoyed at the absence of the smoothie he told Maurice to make.
"Maurice! Where is my smoothie!?" Julien bellowed angrily. "Comin' your majesty! Boy you really like these smoothies don't you?" Maurice said as he trotted up to his king. "Yes. You just keep them comin' till I pass out!" Julien said. "Um, OK. Works for me." Maurice was a little worried about his king, he never liked anything he made for him this much. However, he did like the idea of him passing out. Less work for him. Mort then started prancing up to Julien. "King Julien!"
"Ah! Maurice! Mort has come to annoy me! Be doing something about it!" Julien said with fear in his voice. "On it, King Julien." Maurice said with an irritated tone. He then walked over to Mort, "Hey, Mort! King Julien said he wants some mangoes." he said in hopes of getting him to go to the far part of the woods, where he knew would be the juiciest mangoes. "Ooooh! I will find them! I will bring them! And King Julien will love me! Right?!" Mort said with an excited gleam in his eye. "Um, sure. Good...luck with that." And like that Mort was off.
