Cowtails was in the back of the man's car, curled into a ball. She kept crying and telling Kowalski,”I told you...I told you...I told you...”
Kowalski looked confused,”That guy...is your dad? But, like I said, he will have to kill me to hurt you.”
~~~Private was shaking really bad, still in the basement with Sweet Pripper. “It's not your fault,”he said, hugging SP. “It's that man...”
Sweet Pripper said,”No it is my fault! He took you when I should've noticed and now that guy is gonna come and we're gonna die!”
~~~Cowtails sobbed,”You don't understand how awful he is! He probably hates me so much he's going to kill me!!”
Her dad yelled from the front seat,”Who the he** are you talking to, you idiot?! Have you gone more insane than the last time I saw you?!”
Cowtails sobbed quietly.
~~~Private patted SP's back. “Maybe the team is on their way right now!”
~~~Meanwhile, Skipper and Rico stood in the alley where Cowtails and Kowalski were taken. Skipper blew his top. “FIRST SP AND HER BOYFRIEND, THEN COWTAILS AND HER BOYFRIEND!!! WHAT'S NEXT, ME AND MY BOYFRIEND?!”
Rico gave him a freaked out face,”Calm....”
Skipper sighed,”I guess we should get SP and Private first. We know where they are, but we have no idea where Cowtails and Kowalski went in that car. Come on..”
They continued on until they found the house Sweet Pripper and Private were in.
~~~Kowalski yelled at the dad,”You're the idiot!!” He turned back to Cowtails,”He's not going to kill you, you have to believe me.”
Cowtails freaked out,”He can't even hear you talk like I can! Oh this is so bad...” She curled up, rocking back and forth. “I'm gonna die....I'm gonna die...”
Kowalski sighed,”Cowtails, you are not going to die!”
~~~Sweet Pripper sat down and buried her face in her arms. Private put a flipper on her shoulder. “You'll be okay...” Suddenly, Skipper and Rico burst in. Private had a happy face,”Skippah!!”
SP looked up with tears in her eyes,”Wh-Where's Kowalski? And Cowtails?”
~~~Cowtails grabbed Kowalski,”HE IS GOING TO KILLME!!” She breathed heavy, before getting out her phone. “Dang! I'm out of minutes! I'll...I can text SP!” She quickly texted Sweet Pripper, telling her everything about her history with her dad, and about being captured.
Her dad yelled,”WOULD YOU SHUT UP BACK THERE?! YOUR VOICE IS GETTING ON MY NERVES, JUST LIKE YOUR UGLY FACE!”
Cowtails teared up and went back to the “I'm gonna die” thing.
~~~Skipper sighed,”Um, slight complication. They got captured by this dude and we don't have a clue why or who it was...”
Private said,”Oh dear, not again..”
Sweet Pripper looked at her phone and tears spilled out of her eyes. “No! Not my friend!” She buried her face in her hands. “This is all my fault! If I had just noticed that guy who kidnapped me and Private, Cowtails wouldn't be in danger! I make a mess of everything!” She thought,'I shouldn't be crying...but I can't stop!'
~~~Kowalski clenched his flippers and grit his beak. Cowtails' dad pulled into the driveway of a big house. He sneered,”Alright, we're here. I hope you enjoyed the little time the ride added onto your life. Trust me, no one else enjoyed you being here.”
Cowtails freaked out,”AHH! HE'S COMING!” She grabbed Kowalski and hid him in her jacket. Her dad opened the trunk and dragged Cowtails out by her hair. He dragged her into the house and all the way into the empty basement. He threw her down the small set of steps and onto the concrete floor. “I'll be back later.” He slammed the door and locked it.
Cowtails took Kowalski out of her jacket. “I AM GOING TO DIE!” She began to sob uncontrollably.
Kowalski said,”No you're not! I won't let him hurt you. And if Sweet Pripper manages to get here with the others, she'll know what to do.”
~~~Private immediately said,”It's not your fault Sweet Prippah! How could you have known he was going to sneak up behind you and knock you out?! None of this is your fault!”
Skipper nodded,”That's affirmative, soldier. You haven't done anything to cause this.”
SP wiped away her tears angrily and sighed,”You're right. We have to go save Cowtails and Kowalski.”
