A character from The Story of François and Bella, Léon Olivier, who knows Pokémon, sent e-mail to all fairies in France with his tablet. The content is:
My name is Léon Olivier, I'm the founder of my electronic company, and a billionaire, alerting you for the new Pokémon, Dedenne, a cute Electric/Fairy-type rodent Pokémon. Because it'll use Electric-type moves, it'll make you get an electric shock and make you paralyzed. So, beware that Pokémon, OK?
The e-mail was sent on 9th August 2013 at 13:00 UTC (15:00 CEST). The fairies smartphone, tablet, laptop, and PC in France receive e-mail from Léon Olivier and understand what he wrote, one of them is Fleur-Françoise du Bébé. Fleur-Françoise du Bébé is a fairy who knows electricity and Pokémon. Léon go to the fairy residence with his car and he own 5 Fairy Pokémon: Sylveon, Flabébé, Spritzee, Swirlix, and Xerneas. Léon also own a Dark/Flying Pokémon: Yveltal. Léon has 12 Poké Balls of 3 different types, consisting of 10 normal Poké Balls, 1 Premier Ball, and 1 Master Ball. Léon then go inside the fairy residence and meet Fleur-Françoise du Bébé. Léon said "I give you 5 Fairy Pokémon, 10 normal Poké Balls, 1 Premier Ball, and 1 Master Ball. Now, you have Sylveon, Flabébé, Spritzee, Swirlix, and Xerneas. So you can catch Dedenne with Fairy-type Pokémon and become a Trainer fairy. OK? I don't give you Yveltal because it's related to darkness." Fleur said "OK."
Léon return to his house with his Yveltal while Fleur go to Compiègne Forest for catching Dedenne. She has super fast wing that help her go to the location faster. Fleur then go inside the forest and sees a wild Dedenne. Fleur sent out Flabébé. About 30 seconds later, Fleur catch a wild Dedenne with a normal Poké Ball. Fleur waiting the ball to lock after 3 times shaked by Pokémon. The Pokémon was caught; Fleur said "Gotcha! Dedenne was caught!" Fleur didn't give a nickname to her Dedenne. Fleur return to the fairy residence and showing her Pokémon to other fairies. Fleur say to other fairies "Look, there are my Pokémon: Sylveon, Flabébé, Spritzee, Swirlix, Dedenne, and Xerneas."
The next day, Léon looking for the latest news with a news app on his tablet. He tap on the latest news, and the title is: All fairies understand about the dangers of Dedenne. Léon read the content. A few minutes later, Léon go to his electronic company and he meet the company CEO named Françoise Miku (フランソワーズ・ミク). Françoise Miku said "Our smart TV is the best selling smart TV in France." Léon said "It's a good news, Françoise. Let's check survey of the cute Electric-type rodent Pokémon, Françoise." Françoise said "OK, Léon. Let's check survey now." Françoise take a Full HD projector, connecting the tablet/laptop to the projector with HDMI cable, and turn on the projector. Léon seeing the survey in a projection screen, and he said "Pikachu, Raichu, Pichu, Plusle, Minun, and Pachirisu are popular in Japan; Emolga is popular in the United States, and Dedenne is popular in France. Let's check the tablet and laptop sales chart, Françoise." Françoise said "OK, Léon. Let's check the sales now."

2. The surname of the electronic company CEO, Miku, derived from a home appliance and a box to keep food and drink cool: Mi is derived for mixer, and Ku is derived from cooler ("Ku" sounds similar to "Coo").
3. Léon caught 2 Sylveon, Flabébé, Spritzee, Swirlix, and Xerneas before he gave her one Pokémon respectively.
