Based on a true run.
There was a peaceful sound of rushing waves. The wind was blowing softly and gracefully. I was on a boat, heading back to Canalave City. Clutched in my hands was an egg.
I was leaving Iron Island, where I had met a new friend, Riley, and foiled Team Galactic's malicious schemes once again. Riley had thanked me and handed me this egg. Little was I aware of the journey that awaited with the egg.
***
After the cruise trip was over, I waited. And waited. My heart was filled with anticipation. Then the glorious moment came.
The egg had begun to crack. I stared at it in awe as a joy-filled Riolu happily hatched from the egg. He was sapphire-blue and night-sky-black. His eye's were red like a sunset and shimmering like a pearl.
"Thank you... Riley." I whispered to myself. I happily nicknamed the Riolu "Itachi."
***
I had heard that Riolu evolve through happiness, so I gave Itachi the Soothe Bell and bought him some minerals with the money I had. It wasn't enough to make him happy enough, so I decided to go on a stroll with him.
It took a long time, but I eventually got Itachi to evolve into a Lucario. The more time I spent with him, the more attached to each other we became. Our bond was growing ever so stronger by the minute.
I had achieved my current goal, and it was time to press on. It was time to reach Snowpoint City, battle the gym leader, and check up on Barry's safety.
As I entered the route, I was immediately enveloped by a raging blizzard. I tried to cover my face to shield it from the weather's wrath.
I turned towards Itachi, readying his pokeball. He shook his masked head in denial. I frowned and then smiled as I placed the sphere back onto my belt. We would go through this together. It would be training to both of us.
I was just about buried in the massive hills of paper-white snow. But I didn't care. As long as Itachi was on my side, I could pull through.
***
We were finally approaching the end of this route, and the snow had begun to become slightly easier to pass through.
I heard a voice seemingly coming from the sky.
"Hey!"
I looked left, then right. No one.
"Up here! You were always one to be slow." The voice laughed. I looked upward. There was a dark figure on top of a hill with a rocky side. The blizzard made it hard to see the details of the figure, but I had already figured it out after he had said that.
It was Barry, my childhood friend, my rival, my teammate in taking down Team Galactic.
"You have to beat the gym leader to get rock climb!" Barry yelled over the rage of the blizzard. "I'll go ahead! You beat her and meet up with me!" And with that, he took off.
***
The gym battle was a disaster. The gym leader, Candice, annihilated me with her ice-types. My Torterra had a 4x weakness, and my Luxray was helpless against her Abomasnow.
She was impossible to beat. I was about to make the decision to give up and go home when something made me change my mind.
Itachi put his paw on my shoulder. That was it! This level 4 Lucario was my final hope. Fighting is super-effective against ice. We could do this!
***
In front of us stood the route we were previously in. We would face the snow's wrath and train. I would start out by giving Itachi my EXP Share and battling wild pokemon with my luxray. When Itachi reached level nineteen or so, we would begin battling for real, Itachi in the battlefield.
We trained day and night. As we trained, our bond grew even stronger with our bodies. Eventually, the time had come. We were ready.
***
The battle had begun. Candice withdrew her sneasle, who looked vicious and ready to tear. It kept using Ariel Ace on my beloved Lucario, while we used swords dance and hyper potions. After a while, Itachi was at max attack power.
"Force Palm!"
Itachi decimated the sneasle in one hit. The battle went on like this for a while, that is, until Candice threw out her Froslass. It took the combined forces of all my pokemon, but Froslass ultimately met her demise.
***
We achieved our seventh badge and we were on the road to the Elite Four. Many challenges lied in our path, but we were always able to overcome them. Our bond was stronger than ever before. I will never forget Itachi.
For I feel as if Itachi is always by my side.

My battle with Arceus was incredibly tough. A level 80 pokemon goung up against a level 70 pokemon. The best thing I could do was to attack it and make it as weak as possible, Then I decided to throw pokeballs at it. I didn't work, then I brought in the big guns. I threw Great balls, Ultra balls and Timer balls. Didn't work.
So I decided to make it a tiny bit more weaker. First, I put it to sleep. It woke up a few seconds later and attacked. Then I froze it solid.
It thawed out and attacked again. Then I paralyzed it. It didn't attack me for a few turns due to its paralysis. Then I threw a Timer ball one more time, it broke out just before those stars came from the pokeball. I had enough.
I just threw a Master ball at it. Not a genius way to catch a pokemon, but it was the only way. Well, at least I hasd the mighty pokemon Arceus, the pokemon said to have created the world.

Do you collect pokémon TCG? If you do try this fun game I made up.
How to play
1 player: Three decks, two of 10 cards the other of 30. Shuffle them. Put 10 cards on one side near you (In play) and 10 on the other, the 30 in a seperate deck (reserve).
Pick one card from the deck farthest away (other). Look at the in play deck and see if a card has a matching type (in the top-right corner). If none match, take 10 cards from the reserve, and put your current in play cards into a discard pile. If you match all in play with the other, you win! Run out of reserve, you lose.

Ok, imagine this you are misty coming back several years later to meet a childhood friend and when you arrive you realize he's no different. I my self have heard many retarded things like he's a vampire or a real hysterical one a spirit. No he's neither see Pokemon just wanted to keep ash forever as a icon but wouldn't you think its weird if a friend you left as an adolescent never aged a bit? POOR MISTY is all i gotta say. But theirs a lot of weird things in Pokemon like the 38+ Officer Jennys and nurse joys
