Chapter 2-2: Capture on!
While heading to Jubilife City, Dawn and I once again encountered Team Rocket, who stole Seedot and Elekid! Now, after seeing a wild Starly, Dawn now plans on catching it, hoping it will pop Team Rocket's baloon! Will it work? Or will Team Rocket get away with their first successful sceme!
"Go, pokeball!" Dawn said. It was a catch, even with the Starly's energy full! "Use peck!" She said. The attack hit and put a hole in the baloon!
"Umm, Meowth, I thought this baloon was attack-proof?" James said.
"I said it was electric and grass type proof! Oops!" Meowth answered.
"Well, no wonder we fail every time!" Jessie screamed. I jumped off just before the baloon exploded, but Team Rocket didn't go anywhere!
"Prepare for trouble!" Jessie started.
"Make it double!" James continued.
"To protect the world from devistation!" Jessie said.
"To unite all peoples within our nation! James said.
"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"
"To extend our reach to the stars above!"
"Jessie!"
"James!"
"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!"
"Surrender now, or prepare to fight my bite!"
"Meowth, that's right!" Meowth said.
"You should surrender now!" Dawn said
"I won't be treated like that! Seviper, Use Poison Tail!" Jessie said.
"Seedot! Tackle, now!" I said.
"Elekid! Shock wave!" Dawn said.
"Carnivine, come out and use Bullet Seed! Attack them, not my head!" James started. Bullet Seed hit Shock Wave and blew up! Then, Seviper's Poison Tail hit Seedot, but then, it started to glow!
"It can't be!" I said.
"But it is!" Dawn said.
"No way!" Jessie said.
"You just got that Seedot!" James said. Seedot was starting to evolve!
"...A...a Nuzleaf!" I said. "Let's see...Nuzleaf, the Wily Pokemon, and the evolved form of Seedot. It can use Magical Leaf, Mean Look, Vine Whip, and Bullet Seed! Awesome!"
"Uh oh,that isn't good." Meowth said.
"Magical Leaf!" I said.
"What was that, a gust of wind?" Jessie said.
"Try Vine Whip!" I said. Vine Whip grabbed and threw Team Rocket!
"No more battleing, we just steal the pokemon!" Jessie said.
"I want Carnivine to learn Vine Whip." James said.
"For our first battle, you did good!" Dawn told me.
"Thanks, you wern't bad either!" I replied. "Jubilife City isn't far! We can reach it by tonight! Finally we will meet Ash Ketchum!"
"Who!?" Dawn asked.
"You heard me! Thats who called us two days ago!" I answered.
"I can't believe you never told me!" Dawn said.
"Oops! We don't have time for arguing! The destination is just ahead!" I said.
And so, Dawn and I got our pokemon back from the evil Team Rocket, who caused Seedot to evolve into Nuzleaf! Now, Jubilife City isn't far and with two new editions to the team! Dawn's first catch, Starly, and my newly evolved Nuzleaf! And don't forget Dawn's first Contest is also coming up in Canalave City, and my Gym Battle in Oreburgh!
