Royal Pains Wonderland 2.0 or Redux

What we have here is a failure to communicate. Not you and I but it includes Hank & Jill, Divya & Raj, Hank & Evan.
Well it seems it's time for all new speculation after a serious look into the events that we all witnessed as this surprising episode unfolded.
To begin with it appears that Divya is in need of some sort of intervention, having lost her nerve when it came to telling the truth. I can't blame her but I think it just made it that much harder to do when it comes push to shove.
I have to admit to beinging wrong when I read the Charlie was moving in with Jill since it never crossed my mind that she would be as upset about it the idea as I was. Now she thinks she's seen Hank doing something he wasn't doing and Hank saw Charlie in the last minutes of his being in Jill's house and thinks something that didn't happen so these two need to set down and talk, and soon.
We now can look forward to seeing Eddie Lawson the long gone worthless father and now confirmed thief.
I thought for sure when Hank told Jill he wasn't going to stand still waiting for her that there was a chance he and Zoe would start something up. That is still a real possibility I guess.
Now we have who knows how long to wait to see what curves they throw at us next. Meaning we plenty of time to come up with hundreds of better ideas that fit into our own ideas of how things should go than the writers will come up with.
When Zoe was acting like she was beginning to make a move on Hank I thought for sure my crystal ball was working when I wrote about Hanks new girlfriend the Lingerie model as a joke. But alas wrong again or is it still wrong. Oh well.
Can you believe that Alexandra Holden who played Zoe is 32 years old. Yep born April 1977. Does not look this old.

Wow, wouldn't have guessed Zoe was 32, but didn't find her appealing (sorry C'man).

I am exceedingly glad that Jill tossed Charlie out on his lousy carcass! Ugh! Plus, that makes her seem all the more together and self-confident (the way she seemed to me at first). And, ironically, my first impression of Divya was that she was very self-confident and self-assured (she's basically the inventor of HankMed). YES, she does need an intervention (like a weekend stranded on an island with only Evan).

And yes, there are some serious communication problems going on between Hank and Jill, and the writers are sure to draw that out throughout the entire next season, but they have also fanned the embers between the two that are not dying down. The wait could be agonizing.

I feel a little cheated in the what's-wrong-with-Boris-puzzle, just one cliffhanger among many.

The dad thing made me feel bad for Evan, as if Hank's disappointment in him wasn't enough. Do you know who will be playing his dad? I would love to see Michael Nouri or James Brolin in that part.

I guess reruns will have to do for now...if you see something new, keep me posted!

hankmedfan, You said in taking about Divya; "YES, she does need an intervention (like a weekend stranded on an island with only Evan)."
The Island better be a Club Med destination or they'd starve to death Evan seems pretty helpless. But then I agree Divya is very self assured and that might keep them alive if they were alone.
Evan's being screwed over by Dad came a the result of wishful thinking. Remember back when Evan ask Hank if he ever would like to just call hist Dad. Evan was hoping to put the family back together because when Hank was struggling to keep things together after Dad left and Mom was dieing It didn't have a major effect on him because Hank was there always smoothing over the bumps to make it easier on Evan.
As for Dad I can't stand James Brolin for one second. Michael Nouri would be okay I guess. I vote for the unlikely but fits like a glove Daniel Stern because he looks the part of Eddie R. Lawson now days.

Definitely! Daniel Stern is a great pick too!

Why don't you like James Brolin; is it his political affiliation? Just curious.
Michael Nouri most resembles Hank and Evan though.
Would be interesting to have him show up and maybe try to weasel his way into New Parts Newburg's heart and pocket book!

Did you catch anything about what happened to Hank's law suit? Did I miss something? Did it just go-away?

Talk at ya later, thanks for the 'props', that was very kind!

hmmm
Please forgive this intrusion into your gab fest but I have to weigh in to some of this. As much as I would
like to I can't disagree with your assessment of Divya being in need of outside assistance. I'm not sure
Evan is the best choice. He is now moved out and one can only assume he is going after Papa Lawson.
This Zoe is a very pretty young woman and would be a nice choice for Hank if he and Jill as you say
C-man continue to fail to communicate or get crossed wires.
That brings me to Papa Eddie himself. I like the Daniel Stern idea because i just saw him in a straight
roll in Monk and he was much better than I expected. Truly I did not know it was he for a few minutes. Mr.
Nouri does not fit the physical mold besides Mr. Stern really does look like both Evan and Hank. I too
have no use for Mr. Brolin and it is because he is a Socialist to the core. This Socialism is destroying the
UK and will do the same to the States if allowed. That is however for another time and place.
