107 installments, and nearly a year of writing. I didn't think it would last this long, but I have to say that it's been a pleasant, and frequently erotic, journey.
I've had a lot of fun writing this, and it's made me rethink how I feel about a couple of characters, which is a very good thing.
You're probably asking what this is, so I'll just come to it. I'm going to have to wrap the story up, much to my regret. It's been almost ten days since the last installment, and I wasn't happy with the installment as I posted it, but there wasn't anything else I could do with it. My life is changing, and some of those changes are quite sad. The sexual aspect of the story has already suffered because of my grief over the loss of one of our dogs. My job situation has changed as well; I've picked up a second job and I'm looking for a third because I'm moving in a month and I can't make it on the hours I get at the primary job. My body is tired, my brain is tired, and I just can't seem to keep the flow going.
Which is horrible, really, because there is still so much more story to tell. I know that a couple of you would graciously tell me that it's alright and you don't mind waiting, and I appreciate that, but once I move, I won't be able to afford my own Internet, and I don't know when I'll have regular access again. So rather than just leave everything hanging, I'm going to finish it now. I'm thinking I can break it into three installments, and I hope to be able to start the first of the three today.
