Jessy didn't know what to do, stay or leave. She wanted to stay alive, but she didn't want to leave Kodi again. "Time's up!" said Volt when he fired a bolt of lightning at Jessy. Without time to react, Kodi instinctivly jumped in the way of the blast and took damage. Jessy was unharmed, but Kodi was short circuited temporarily. "Leave... now... please..." Kodi forced the words out of his frozen lips. Kodi moved again. "This is too much fun! Dance, fools!" Volt shouted as he fired more bolts. Again, left with no choice, Kodi said "Sorry about this," and kicked Jessy off of the ship. "Now that she's out of the way, we can finish this. I'll take the Celestial Sword from you, and become the greatest swordsman ever!" "You want the Celestial Sword so bad?" Kodi pulled out his and Sheath's swords and hit them together three times. A huge gust of wind flew from the collision. A flash of light flashed and in Kodi's hands was a seven-foot long sword, with an orange blade and blue handle, a serated back edge, and ancient markings on the side. "It's so big, yet so light," thought Kodi. "Truly a magnificent blade, glowing with power. A simpleton such as yourself has no business even setting eyes upon it. I'll tell you what, I'm felling nicer than usual, so if you give me the sword, I won't make a mess when I slit your throat." "No way, you just called me a simpleton. I may be an idiot, but I am not stupid. If you could kill your own father, why on God's green earth should trust you?" Kodi realized what he had said. Volt looked confused, "What did you just say?"...
"well... come on! We're going to be late!!" dan yelled. Shadow,which was walking with his eyes closed said " I sense something , something familiar from my past." Just what past was he talking about ? Well, my past starts with the death of my parents . Just thinking about it makes me want to cry ,but Shinobi must never show tears ,not even one. maybe Shadow had the same past like me."Shadow," I said softly."what?" Shadow answered." have you ever had a broken past?" Suddenly,I bit my lip because I was scared what Shadow might say to my naive question. Then,I noticed that Shadow was exposing small tears and whispered. " I have lost my best friend Maria. After 50 years, I've been alone." Shadow said "I know how you feel, my parents died from a suicide mission,and since then I've never'd speak of them until now." I said to Shadow. In my head I thought that Shadow wasn't the only one alone, I was alone,too. Finally, we both have something in common. ( to be continued in part 4)

Iam shade the hedgehog,a abused child,but that all changed when one hedgehog changed my life forever...... it started one day when I was walking home from school,I went home and showed my parents my report card.my bitchy dad held me down and punched me untill i bled. i was sceaming 4 help,but on-one could hear. he threw me in a closet and locked it.my mom just looked... hopelessly confused..i felt like a empty soul in the world. nothing i did impressed him,i mean nothing. 8 hours later of sceaming he opened the door.i walked out...confused. "dont ask any questions shade" he said. i just stared at him and walked to my room,locked the door and cried...
The two took off down the road.

"Interesting". Soon , the two were at the theater. During the murder scene, Flana's hand reached out for Shadow's. Shadow was shocked at first but then he held it. A smile crossed both there faces. Later that night when every one met up, Shadow told Knuckles and Sonic about Flana.
"aww Shadow's dating" Sonic teased. Shadow ecnored him.
"I can't wait till our next date"!
