Sonic's P.O.V


Okay,I really wanted to know more about this girl. But ,I was starting to wonder if this was a good idea. I've fallen once,how can I Best sure that I should let myself fall again?
"So,what were you doing in there anyway?"I asked.
"I was on a mission."She answered,"Which I could've totally gotten out of."
I smirked."Really?Well,did your plan hinge on getting caught?"I asked.
She went silent. I just laughed. I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable around me But,if was just laughable.
"Look, it's alright. Even the greatest of fighters let their guard down ."I said in a comforting voice.
She still didn't say anything. I was about to walk off,until I heard her say something.
"Thank you for saving me earlier."she said.
"anytime."I said,happy that she wasn't mad anymore.
"What is your name,anyway?"
'I'm Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog. What's yours?"
"Katarina Valentine at your service!"she said, putting up her and in solute.
We laughed for a while.
'i guess I'll see you around."
I guess I really didn't want her to leave.
"w-Wait!Will I....ever see you again?"I stammered.
"Well, there's a good chance! I come there a lot. Despite my stubborn fighter nature, I sometimes come there to pick flowers and enjoy there day.Maybe I might just come more often."She said,winking.
Katarina waved and I watched her leave.
I smiled and sighed in relief. I was relieved that I didn't make a fool out of myself.
And her statement? I just took that as another say of saying "We Friends how and we should hang out.
Then, I remembered something.
"Aw,man.I better get to Tails before he panics."
