Elena said reaching for the neclace. Damon moved it away frome her reach.

"Please give it back?" Elena said.

"Wait first I need to tell you something."

Elena asked scared.

"Well because what im about to say is probably the most selfish thing i have said in my whole life."

Damon said.

"Damon plea-."

"I just need to say it once."

Damon begged.

"I love you Elena and it is because i love you that i cant be selfish with you.I dont desrve you but my brother does."

Damon said with such kindness it broke Elena's heart.Then Damon leaned in to erase Elena's memories but Elena surprised him.She kissed him and then wrapped her arms around him. Damon deepend the kiss leaning more into Elena.Then Damon stopped and Elena stared at him.
"God.I wish you wouldnt have to forget but you do."

Damon compeled Elena.As Elena stared into his eyes a tear slipped from his eye and ran down his cheek.
