Shutaura Sequenzia; she has the will to protect her alter ego Meigo Arisa at all costs. They end up with each other reuntied in the end.
Shutaura is a girl with a rather slim physique, has long straight black hair and black eyes. She is often seen wearing the uniform of the Black Crow Unit, which is a tight-fitting bodysuit with gray, white and red details.
She is the type of person that uses her power and gadgets to complete her mission. Due to her past she's come to not believe in the possibility of miracles. She has also lost the ability to hear music in an accident and has shown a high degree of dislike whenever she hears the lack of tone becoming irradiated at it. Touma described her as being "the immovable class rep type".
Shutaura was a young girl riding on the Orion space plane where one of its engines malfunctioned causing the plane to crash down towards Academy City. She's one of the 88 survivors of that crash costing the life of the pilot, her father. Sometime later Shutaura becomes the commander of the Black Crow Unit, one of the several privately-owned corporate security forces within Academy City. She is under the employment of Ladylee in protecting Arisa as a part of her plot.
Shutaura is shown to be very agile in combat. She also carries a number of discus-like explosives on hand she can trigger what seems by will.
During the events of the movie is revealed that during the Orion spaceplane incident her strong wish to protect everyone manifested her saint powers by creating an alter ego of herself who is known as Meigo Arisa.
Agnese Sanctis; a nun of the Roman Catholic Church. Despite being evil in the beginning by tricking Touma and the others and torturing Orsola, she offered help to Touma and the others to escape from the Queen's Fleet despite putting her own life at risk.
Meigo Arisa; a level 0 esper created by Shutaura Sequenzia's wish. They eventually reunite with each other and disappear together. She is also so good at singing that Touma and Index came to see her.
