*i(humphrey) was running out of the den into the woods crying* kate ran after me so i tried to run faster i jumped into the train but kate didnt make it in good bye kate i love you kate

kates pov

i started crying lilly and garth came over and saw humphrey on the train humphrey growled at garth and started howling kate yelled come on we need to go get him and lilly says um i can and garth says i hate him kate, fine betray us garth me and lilly started running after the train and i was crying we saw winston i said we need to get humphrey hes leaving jasper we kept running as fast as we could we see humphrey jump out of the train and starts running into the woods we then see a hunter and he shoots humphrey in the neck
i scream and attack the hunter and lilly went to help humphrey by holding down on his neck so humphrey could breath and then i ran over and helped i started crying

garths pov

i ran over to my dad and i told them all about humphrey and how he ran away so then i got the scent of humphrey and blood so i told my dad and winston to come with me so we ran to were i smelled it wondered what was going on and i saw them and i gasped to see humphrey bleeding from a gun shot in the neck


lillys pov

i saw garth and went over to hug him and kate was holding on his neck to keep him breathing come on daddy come help humphrey winston gasps and comes over to help and sees some human coming over and humphrey starts closing his eyes kate was crying and saying i love you please you cant die over and over the two human came over wwe growled and they said they could help and we let them he was pretty much dead kate was praying and crying and howling garth was smirking and giggling and garth thought wait he didnt do anything to me so he felt bad knowing it was all his fault i hugged him and shed a tear

humphreys pov me

i was gasping and i alot of pain then i saw kate and i said its ok i will not die on you makes a kiss face and the humans say clear and shock me and my eyes shut and i heard kate crying even louder i couldnt open my eyes i was scared thinking i was dying i was praying and telling god to tell kate to stop crying but she didnt i was upset and scared then i saw my memories from log riding to her alpha school to our marriage and i new i was dying then but then a miracle i could breath and open my eyes and kate was laying next to me and i said in a whisper i love you and im ok she gasped and licked my face i could get up and i saw all the blood on kate and lilly and i said is that my blood i grinned she laughed and i stood up and kissed kate i thanked the human by licking there face i saw garth and i backed away from him i laughed and said lets go home
