Courtney's Pov.

I woke up with the sun beating right down on me. I slowly opened my eyes to be faced with the sun. I quickly closed them then slowly opened them. I noticed right away that I was in the field Duncan took me to last night. I looked over to see Duncan still asleep and I smiled.
I leaned up and stretched and rubbed my eyes. I grabbed my phone to see what time it was. I quickly freaked out realizing it was 11 am. My parents would know I was gone when they woke up for work.
I shock Duncan trying to wake him.
"Duncan, wake up. Wake up!", I said.
"Huh, What.. Oh hey Court", He said as he stretched out his body and smiled at me.
"Duncan we need to go. It's and 11 in the morning and my parents would have to know I was gone and left last night!", I said getting up.
"Chill babe. If they knew you were gone they would have gotten a hold of you." He said rolling over.
'That's true', I thought.
"Just can we go though? I'm sweating from laying out in the sun for hours.", I said as I grabbed my shoes and put them on.
"Uhg, fine", Duncan said getting up putting on his shoes, and grabbing his car keys along with his phone and grabbing the blanket.
We walked to his car and got in, and sat there for a second. He looked at me and gave me a goofy smile.
I giggled a bit,"What?"
"Nothing, You're just beautiful.", He said smirking and starting his car.
I blushed,"Just shut up and take me home".
We drove in silence the whole to my house just listening to music.
As we pulled up to my house he turned his car off and got his phone out of his pocket.
"What the fuck..", he mumbled.
"What's wrong?", I asked.
"Gwen is blowing up my shit, she called me like 4 times and sent me 6 messages just asking where I was and how she was worried." he said texting her back.
"What are you saying to her?", I asked
"I'm telling her I stayed with you last night", He said sending the message.
I leaned over to make sure that's what he was saying, and it was.
I smiled to myself. Duncan is mine, and I'll make sure Gwen knows that. I never really had a problem with her until last night.
"Is she still at your house?", I asked him.
"No, she just texted me back saying oh and that she went to her house at like 7 in the morning.", He said putting his phone away.
"Well, I should probably go inside." I said to him opening the car door.
"Wait", He said as he pulled me back inside and kissed me. I smiled at him then got out of the car with no word.
I walked up to my door. I looked at Duncan one more time and smiled before I went inside. He smiled back then drove off.
I walked and inside closed my front door leaned against and just smiled stupidly to myself until someone spoke to me.
"Where have you been?", My brother asked me with a smirk and his arms crossed.
"No- no where.", I said slowly walking to the stairs.
"If I'm not mistaken that boy in the car was Duncan.", He said smirking.
I stopped in my tracks,"How do you know Duncan?", I asked him turning around looking at him.
"No, the question is; how do you know him? And why were you with him?", he said walking closer to me.
"I know him from Bridgette and Julie. And He is my friend and hung out with him, Bridgette, and Geoff last night.", I said to him.
"You know Geoff too? Since when did my sister start hanging with the bad crowd", He said smirking. "You party with them yet? Get drunk? Smoke some weed?". He asked walking over to the couch and sitting down.
"Why is it any of your business?", I asked crossing my arms.
"Because court, I am your older brother and it's my job to make sure you're not doing anything stupid and make sure you don't end up in jail, or pregnant. Also, to make sure you're not getting your heart broken by guys like Duncan.", He said a little angry.
"I'm Almost 16. I can take care of myself. And why does it even matter? You party and smoke and get drunk all the time!", I said with my hands in the air.
"Courtney, it doesn't matter if you are almost 16 you are still a 15 year old girl hanging around 17 year old boys who fuck around with girls for fun, and does a bunch of drugs. I may smoke and party, but I'm smart about it and I know the people who I party with. You just met these guys, what this summer? Get your head out of your ass Courtney.", He said getting up and walking towards me.
I was so angry at this point. He doesn't know Duncan like I do."Actually, I went to party with Julie and Bridgette. People who I've known for years and trust. I'm smart about it too. Duncan may have done those things before, but you really don't know him like I do.", I said getting in his face.
"I don't know him? I've known that kid for years. I was hanging with him and Geoff in the 7th grade. Did you know they were the first people to get me high? And they are the reason I started getting into drugs real bad my freshmen year? I stopped hanging out with them for awhile. Sometimes I will still talk to them because I heard they are not that bad into drugs anymore But I haven't talked to them in about 5 months.", My brother looked down at the ground and ran his fingers through his brown long hair. "But I also knew Duncan when he started playing girls left and right. Dating them for a little while telling them he loves them, fucks them then leaves them. Sometimes not even date them at all! Duncan can be a good guy. He's a friend of mine, yes. But he's not the type of guy to be with.", My brother took a deep breath as he finished.
I stood there in shock. My brother was good friends with Duncan? Duncan's the one that got my brother into hard drugs? I remember that his freshmen year I found him in his bedroom almost dead because he overdosed on pills. But the Doctor said I found him just in time.
That was a bad time for my whole family, and to think Duncan was the one to get him bad into pills. First my sister was bad into drugs, then my brother, and that one time I did those pills I could too. No wonder my brother was so pissed about me hanging around Duncan. He doesn't want me to end up like my sister and him. Of course they both do better now. But, not all of us are that lucky.
I Sighed,"I'm sorry. I understand where you are coming from. But, just please trust me. I won't do what you or Shelby did.", I said looking down almost in tears.
My brother was almost in tears too. Just saying our sisters name made him upset. We haven't talked to her that much every since she moves to Ohio. But also almost in tears because he was so worried about me.
"Listen josh, I won't do anything stupid. That's a promise. But, you have to give Duncan a chance. He's changed a lot. Geoff told me, and I trust him because Bridgette does.", I said looking at my brother.
"I trust Geoff more then I trust Duncan anyways. So, Okay. I'll take your words for it. Just please be careful.", My brother pulled me in for a hug. I Hugged him and smiled."But I'm coming with you next time you hang out with him", He said as he let go of me and walked up stairs. I Just smiled.
I walked up stairs and went to the bathroom got undressed and got into the shower.

After I got out of the shower I walked into my room and took off my towel and just laid on my bed naked. I was very relaxed until my phone started ringing. I checked to see who was calling me and it was Duncan.
"Hello", I answered.
"Hey there, what are you doing?", Duncan asked.
"Oh, nothing. Just got out of the shower so now I'm laying in my bed naked.", I said giggling.
"Oh, sexy", Duncan said knowing he had a smirk on his face.
"Haha, So what did you want?", I asked sitting up and putting my bra and underwear on.
"I was wondering if you got your shower and got ready and shit like that and see if I could pick you up again and come to my house"? Duncan asked.
"I mean, let me get ready and you can. Just give me like 20 minutes.", I said to him walking up to my mirror.
"Okay babe, I'll see you in 20 then", Duncan said almost hanging up.
"Wait!", I said.
"What?", He asked.
"Would you mind if I brought a old friend of yours along?", I asked him.
"Who?", Duncan asked.
"It's a surprise. Don't worry. You like this person, I promise.", I said.
"Well, Fine I guess.", He said."Well, I'll be there in a little", He said hanging up this time. I put down my phone and got ready.
I put on my dark blue skinny jeans and my Mayday parade band shirt. I left my hair down and wavy, and I only put on a little bit of eyeliner along with mascara. I slipped on my gray vans and put my phone in my pocket.
I walked out of my room and went down the hall to brothers room. I knocked on his door. He said come in and I did.
"Yes?", He said laying in bed playing video games.
"I'm leaving. And you're coming with me", I said to him.
"Oh am I? And why is this?", He said stilling playing what look to be Call Of Duty.
"Because Duncan is picking me up and we are going back to his house. There is a chance Geoff will be there too.", I said as he paused his game and looked at me.
"When is he coming?", He asked.
"In like 5 minutes, so get up lazy ass." I said walking out of his room.
My brother turned off his game and followed me down the stairs. He had already took a shower before me so he was already dressed and ready.
We waited down stairs for Duncan and seconds later we heard a car honk.
"Wait inside for a second, I'll motion you to come outside okay?", I said to josh.
"Um, Alright", He said.
I walked outside to Duncan's car and right before I got inside I motioned for Josh to come out but I made sure Duncan didn't notice him come out. I got inside his car and closed the door.
"Hey babe", He said smirking.
"Hey, You know my brother right? Josh Sanders?", I said with a smirk as Josh got inside his car in the back set.
Duncan's eyes went wide and his jaw dropped. When he saw Josh get in his car and hearing he was my brother.
"J-Josh is your brother?", He said still wide eyed, looking at me.
"Yep.", I said with a smirk.
"Oh..", he said looking away from me and turned to my brother.
"What's up Duncan", Josh said smirking.
Duncan just looked away in shock. Who knew what was going through that head of his.
"I never knew you guys were brother and sister." Duncan said.
"Yep, I surprised you didn't find out from my last name", I said to him.
"I didn't think anything of it. A lot of people have that last name.", He said. "But, this is a surprise like you said court, I haven't talk to josh in so long", he said.
"I know man. How you been", Josh said to Duncan.
"Uh, good", Duncan said starting his car and driving off. "So who knew, one of biggest goodies in town was brothers with one of the biggest pot heads in town", Duncan said smirking while driving to his house.
"Hey I'm not a goodie!" I said to Duncan.
"Well, maybe not anymore", Duncan said laughing. "Dude wait a minute, that means I got both you guys high for the first time! Wow, I'm a bad influence.", Duncan said chuckling.
Me and Josh just shock our head and waited to get to Duncan's.
We pulled into Duncan's drive way and got out of the car.
"Dude, Geoff is here. You haven't seen him in forever either.", Duncan said as we walk inside his house.
"Yeah I know." Josh said.
We walked down stairs to see Geoff, Bridgette and Julie.
Bridgette and Julie turned around and said hey to us. And Julie And Bridgette freaked out when they saw my brother and ran up to him and gave him a hug.
"What are you guys freaking out about?", Geoff said as he turned around and his faced dropped,"Josh! My man, where have you been?", Geoff said as he got up and hugged him.
"Oh you know, around", Josh said hugging him back and smiling.
"Geoff, this is my brother", I said.
"What? No. Really?", Geoff said shocked.
"Yeah man, shock to me too", Duncan said walking passed us and sitting down.
"That's fucking awesome.", Geoff said as we all sat down.
I sat down next to Duncan and he pulled me close to him and wrapped his arm around me.
"So you all wanna smoke?", Geoff asked.
"Yeah dude," I said along with everyone else.
"Sweet", Geoff said.
He got a bowl packed, hit it and began to pass it.
After awhile we were all stoned listening to Pink Floyd.
"You know, this is the first time me you have smoked together", My brother said to me smiling.
"I know!", I said smiling while leaning against Duncan.
"I honestly never thought this day would come. I always thought you'd be a uptight bitch", My brother said laughing.
"You know, I'm too high to ever care what you say", I said laughing.
We all laughed as Geoff rolled a Blunt and began to pass that around.
Duncan looked down at me and smiled and I smiled back at him.
He leaned down and kissed me softly. He broke the kiss and held me closer to him.
At the corner of my eye I can see my brother looking at us. I can't read his face to see if he was mad or not. But I just ignored it.
I really never thought my brother knew Duncan.
It's all a big surprise to me. But I can't help but wonder what else my brother knows about Duncan. I know Josh is hiding something from me. I can just tell. I'll be honest, I'm a little scared Duncan did something in his past that brother knows about and he's just afraid to tell me. Or maybe I should just not worry. But I love Duncan, and I'm afraid to lose him.
And what makes me even more pissed off is Duncan still hasn't made is official with me that we are together. Why?
At the corner of my eye I could see Josh glaring at Duncan while Duncan looked away. I realized at that moment that all of what my brother is saying about Duncan goes way deeper then what it seemed like.
They both are hiding something from me..
