I stood with my mouth hanging open i shock. I swallowed before speaking, than choked out,"I'm sorry, I must be mistaken. Did you just say that-"
"We're moving, yes."He said, answer and finishing my question.
I looked at both crazy."What! We can't move, I-I have friends here, and I have adapted to this area so well, and ow you want to take it all away from me."I complained, as I became louder than needed.
My mother rubbed her head."Honey, it's not a option, your father's job has been getting very low service and his boss believes, that in Mississippi, they well have better work progress."She exclaimed.
I was still upset. I mean how could they do this to me. Just move after everything I've been through. I mean, we have a lot of family here in Detroit, they can't just leave! What about school?"But Mom, what about school?"I asked.
She looked at my farther as if he should be the one to tell."Courtney, your mother and I have already picked out a good school for you, we've everything out for you and you education, so don't worry."He said.
I started to calm down a little, but I was still disappointed, I mean I can't leave Melissa unprotected so that Olivia can walk all over her. And My school is a really good school. Just than, another question had popped in my head."What kind of school am I going to."
My mother's face became shy and wary, almost not sure about my question."Well, your going to one of Mississippi's main schools, Harrison Central High School."She said.
I made a disgust look."A public school."I ganged.
My farther huffed."Honey, all the other private schools are fulled, no other school is going to take a student in the middle of year."He said, and than walked away.
I looked at my mother as she gave me a Please play along look. She walked off with my farther, as I stood there completely puzzled and discourage about the whole moving situation. For the most part I love were I live. Everyone here is so nice, and sweet to me, and I go to an awesome school. For the less part, the problem is there is no less part!

So my farther ordered U-Haul to move our stuff and furniture. While my mother and my farther worked on cleaning out the house, I was in my room packing away all my memories I ever had here. I packed my a picture of me and Melissa at the park feeding the ducks. I pack up my first A+. I packed up my first A++, I got that for over doing an assignment. I stuffed my friend ship bracelet that Melissa gave me, into my of the card-board boxes.
I was never going to be happy anywhere else than I am here. I wasn't going to get a great education at a public school either. Do you no how many incidents happen at public schools? The teachers are nut jobs, the kids are crazy wild child's, and public schools never have enough money to buy anything for the school's educational needs. I wouldn't fit in because I'll be the only one there who actually has some class.

I walked through the empty hall ways, and went up to my locker. I opened it and scooped out all my stuff into a little box. It was so sad.
"Well, well, well, what do we got here."I could only think who voice that was.
I turned around, and saw the same two face snot noise brat I would finally be able to stop looking at, Olivia."What do you want, Olivia?"I growled, as I continued to plug my stuff in my box.
"Oh, nothing..."She said, as she smirked, and I rolled my eyes."....Upset, about moving to a low standers school."She asked.
I quickly turned around, and frowned."I am not, I-I-I.....how do you know."I asked.
She walked over and smiled."I little birdy told me, but that's not really the point here. The point is, your leaving to good to the most cluesless school in history. You fit right in."She teased.
I became very mad."You know what! It just so happens, that my mother sighed me up to go to one of the most smartest schools, so don't you being talking, Olivia."I snapped, as I fearsomely closed my locker and marched off.

I was standing outside my house, while my mother and farther were finishing cleaning out the house. I sighed, as I saw Melissa walk up. I looked at her."I can't believe, I'm moving."I said.
She hugged and said,"I'm going to miss you Courtney. Make sure you call me everyday."She pressed.
I sighed and hugged her back."I will Melissa....I will."
After that touching moment, my mother singled me it was time to go."Come on honey, we better go, before we miss our plane."She called out to me.
I let go of Melissa and hopped inside the truck, while she dramatically and sadly waved good-bye. I closed my door and waved back, as my farther started the truck and drove away, leaving all my friends and memories in that area....
