His parents could no longer ignore him. He NEEDED better grades. NEED to hire a tutor. Maybe that would set they're delinquent son. His father just said "With his Record, he won't get in college anyway! Why bother?" His father hated him. In fact. His father was close to abusing him. One time he almost did. But his wife caught him. Duncan can't remember it. He was so little. Duncan kept breaking things in the house. and his dad went ballistic. And grabbed for a golf club when his wife tackled him. Duncan and his Dad never liked each other. Ever since Duncan could talk, Bite, and break things. Duncan hated his dad but he can't remember why other than he's rude and uptight. "DUNCAN!" His parents yelled. But Duncan was too busy thinking about Gwen and Courtney still. He was thinking about how Gwen is a replacement, a toy. That girl that, when you kiss her, your thinking of someone else. She was in his life like a speck of dirt on a polished table. No one noticed it. But what if Gwen found out? That would hurt her. It would hurt her even more if she round out. Courtney was the one she replaced, Courtney was the one he thought of while kissing Gwen (Which he rarely did!) Courtney to him was like a rose in a gray room. Beautiful. Amazing. Noticeable. Duncan Heard his parents yell again so he ran downstairs. "What?" Duncan asked annoyed. "oh Nothing except YOUR GRADES!" "So I'm a little off..." "Duncan, You have F's in ALL of your classes! We Need to hire a tutor. How does Gwen sound. You two get along and she's quite smart." He say's almost too quickly "ANYONE but her!" "Fine. We'll work on it."
....Duncan sat in his room until his friend from the island called, Geoff. "Hey Guess what?" The party boy chirped up when Duncan answered. "WHAT?" Duncan Shouted annoyed And kept talking "Geoff, if this has ANYTHING to do with partying or alcohol I'm not in the mood." Geoff has been drinking a lot lately. He was on the verge to becoming an alcoholic. But not quite there yet. "NO DUDE! THIS IS BETTER!" The Party boy shouted in a happy voice. What could be better than a party to Geoff?
Duncan's P.O.V
Geoff shouts "A NEW GIRL IS MOVING HERE!" Wow. Why do I care? "Annnnnnnnd? I say. "I HEAR SHE'S HOT!" I sigh loudly. "Geoff, We are both dating Girls." It was Geoff's turn to sigh. "Dude, we know you don't care about Gwen. Maybe you'll like this girl." I lost my temper an nearly shouted at him "YOU KNOW I CAN'T LIKE ANYONE BUT COURTNEY!" "Jessh! Duncan!" Geoff started. "I now see you're not in the mood and I'll leave you alone." He hung up. Damn what is his problem. What hurts also is that I can't even call Courtney. Her parents changed her phone number when they found out who I am. And She's not allowed on facebook or anything like that. Damn. Then I hear my Parents shout "WE HAVE A NEW TUTOR HIRED AND SHE'S COMING HERE TOMORROW!" I sighed. I don't wanna say anything.
