It kind of seems like BELLA is more the stalker doesn't it? Jake told her they couldn't be friends and she just kept coming back.
But at first it does seem like Jake follows her a bit and you know it they wont leave each other alone.

Truthfully, I think Bella is more the "stalker" I mean, she kept clinging on to Edward (Never getting over him) and then she kept going back to Jacob even though she knew she loved Edward and when Jacob told her they couldn't be friends she just kept going back.
so, neither of the boys were the stalker in that triangle

mayb a bit but Jacob did the same, remember he said, I used to run around your house at night, I personally dont think that, that is any better
