As you all may know July 4th is tomorrow the day we as Americans got our independence, the day we become free from England's rule over us.

July 4, 1776 - After various changes to Jefferson's original draft, a vote was taken late in the afternoon of July 4th. Of the thirteen colonies, nine voted in favor of the Declaration; Two, Pennsylvania and South Carolina voted No; Delaware was undecided and New York abstained.
John Hancock, President of the Continental Congress, was the first to sign the Declaration of Independence.

I know the fourth may seem just about fireworks and paties but it is infact a great day in history. If you got back to look it over you will see that for many years America struggled to become independant. We were onlt thirteen colonies at the time, and if you think about it thats not a lot; compared to what we are now. Just think of how much work our ancestors had to go through to get us to where we are now. When you are watching those fireworks, or parting it up at parties, take a moment to think that if it wasn't for our four fathes we woouldn't be able to do that.

I want you all to have a wonderful Fourth!

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those who are role playing with magical powers, you know an instrument for using your magic is essential. Wands are some of the most common out there, mainly because they are personal, cheap, and concealable. I have made a previous article explaining the Celtic wand calendar, plus my own systems for their cores and size. This is a great tool which I call link but being an antiquated system, it does not include all the different types of wand woods, cores, etc.

This article is a compiled list of know magic woods and cores, some divided by region in which they are found.
