Hi, y'all! Hope your week is going well! I want to point out one quick thing before we get into this article. I know some of the STUFF in the live-action is different, from the characters and their names to certain parts of the story, so I might actually be all over the place as I talk about the article. Just a fair warning. Now, why don't we get into it?

The characters:

Mulan:

You know what? I'm just going to talk about both versions in one piece for a second. They're both fearless, headstrong, loyal, and badass. I knew the original version was all those things, but see how the live-action version...

Second: Here is my personal break-down analysis based on knowledge of Arab/Muslim culture compared to the Disney Aladdin film.

The majority of Princess Jasmine's numerous flaws stem from the fact that she is completely inaccurate and offensive to her culture. From the clothes she wears to the way she speaks, Jasmine does not represent Arab or Muslim women at all but rather a disgraceful woman in their culture. Unfortunately, Jasmine...

Who is the girliest of them all?
Who is the girliest of them all?
Some people debate over this but here's my opinion. By the way I think all the princesses are feminine, if they weren't they wouldn't be added to the lineup.

1.Tomboy/10.Girly Girl-Pocahontas
In my opinion, she's the most tomboyish. She's the only princess I'd describe as masculine. She climbs trees, she jumps off cliffs and she's very athletic. Pocahontas' playful and mischievious in a boyish way. She prefers to go off playing in the woods rather doing her people's equivalent of housework. The thing is, when Pocahontas does these tomboyish things, she's doing them by choice. All the rough stuff...

What's a Disney Princess?
What's a Disney Princess?
What makes a Disney Princess?

There are several points that make a Disney female character a Disney Princess;
She must be produced by hand drawing, she must sing at least once in her movie (in solo or duet) and she must either be born to royalty or marry into royalty or in some cases, both.

The OTPs

Princess Snow White, Princess Aurora, Princess Ariel and Princess Cinderella were all painfully hand drawn by the Disney artists and were animated to have at least one song meeting the technical side of their requirements. Princess Snow White, Princess Aurora, Princess Ariel were born to royalty and...

It’s kind of odd that the opening scene in the movie is last in our countdown. Here is where we meet our hero AND our villain. They are setting sail from England to the new world in search of the three G’s; Glory, God and Gold. We also meet Thomas, a young clumsy boy on the road to becoming a man. He immediately strikes...

Disney Heriones
Disney Heriones
The two most popular Disney women outside of the DP franchise. These two exotic beauties are definitely fan favorites when it comes to Animated Heriones, so why aren't they apart of the official line-up? The main reason people complain about Mulan being an official princess is that she gets recognized when these two ladies don't. Even though Megara is closer to royalty than her and Esmeralda is pretty much equal to Mulan. So basically I'm going to do the same thing I did with Merida. Look at the Pros and Cons of adding Esmeralda and Megara to the line-up. The only difference is, Merida still...

Since Mulan is princess of the month, here some thoughts about which flower fits her the best. The movie, after all, offers some choices. The most obvious one is the magnolia, since that’s the translation of the name Mulan.

Then there is the white flower Mulan wears in her hair when she meets the matchmaker – the same flower she leaves behind when she goes to war. I’m not sure what kind of flower that’s suppose to be. I first considered lotus (since the lotus is such a reveled flower in Asia and gets often connected to the gods), but a lotus has more petals. A white cherry blossom...

Yesterday morning, when I looked up information for Frozen's sequel,I found something that baffled my mind beyond belief. It was an article, which stated that Idina Menzel herself,is a supporter for making Elsa a lesbian and giving her a girlfriend.
Where the hell do I even begin with this idea...? Well, let's start with what my reaction towards it was.
When I first saw this yesterday,I was both sad and furious.Even when I had class in the morning,I couldn't shake this out of my head.I think this is even worse than that time they said they're going to show a more playful side of Elsa!
Before we...

My User Icon Made By Myself
This is mostly inspired by the link by PrincessAyeka12. I thought it was really neat the way it gave a chance for people to talk about like interests as well as get to know the user better as a well-rounded person beyond just their DP favorites etc. So I hope you guys don't mind this article and I'd love to hear from you about what we do and/or don't have in common. :)

So, I haven't been around for the past few weeks mainly because of school... but also because I've had been concentrating my Disney and creative efforts on making this video.

I linked the video in well, er the video section but I decided to put the lyrics here just so people could see it all at once... This might not be the place for it but I'm not much of a fanfic prose writer but I do like crossover lyrics.

Only embers to be seen
A pyre of desolation
And I fear that I’m its Queen
The blaze is burning like this raging pain inside

Okay this took quite a while. I got lost in different chinese zodiac -meanings websites some time ago and I started worder what characters princesses would be. I personally don't believe horoscopes.
This goes quite backwards as we don't know which year princesses are born. Anyway these are the results. There was no dragon or pig so put their descriptions at the end in case someone's interest.

Tiana-Rat
The Rat is hardworking, industrious and shrewd. People born in the year of the Rat are also charming and have magnetic personalities. It's said that finding a poor Rat is rare, since they are good in business.

This is a list of the ranking of the most girly and feminime Disney princesses. Clothing, hair, accessories, personality affects

11. Merida
Obviously, she is the less girly princess in the line. That curly hair, she doesn't care about her looks either. She isn't the typical "damsel in distress" who only cry waiting for her prince to come. Playing with weapons all day, how can she be the first place in this countdown?

10. Mulan
Even though a warrior, she still has some girl points. She stays graceful, but still hold the tough girl trait. She can't be the last in this rank

9. Rapunzel
Interestingly,...

All right, here's the results of the Favourite Pocahontas Character Countdown! And also my first article, so take a look at the results and (hopefully) enjoy!

15. Ratcliffe
The bad guy of the movie proves to be the least favourite character of most fanpoppers too. Not surprising, considering he isn't one of the most powerful villains in Disney history. He's just greedy and doesn't understand the Indians. Nothing that makes you hide behind the couch with your hands over your eyes.

"I HATE people like him." - fhghu

"He gets on my nerves. Not the best villain either. He's too much of a sissy...

Hey everyone, so this article is about my favorite DP wardrobes. I´m taking into acount the whole wardrobe of just the original film, so outfits from the sequels are not included. I am judging the wardrobe as a whole, so even if a single outfit of the wardrobe is my favorite, I have to take the other ones into acount as well. I might write another article later with my favorite outfits. As with other lists, I might change my mind later on, so here it is.

10.Pocahontas
I do like her dress, but I don´t find it that special and it´s the only thing she wears during the entire movie.

For sure, all Disney’s girls have amazing hair, but some are better than others. Here they are in order voted on fanpop:
Cute, black and short
Cute, black and short

9.Snow White: last as always. People don’t really like her hair “black as ebony tree” probably because of its shortness. Although cute, her hair can’t really compare to others because there’s not much to do with, can’t make any hairdo of it, it can’t float on wind and it always looks like mass of something, not hair.
Blond-brown with bangs

One day at work, Tiana was working at her new restaurant that was built at the end of the Princess and the Frog movie. Then suddenly Louis my favorite character comes up and plays jazz with the big boys. Naveen and I were at the table waiting for some fresh good food. Tiana the princess that was married to Naveen comes up and give us what I want and he wants and I waited. Then Tiana's children were playing around with the tables and going nuts. Then Charolette comes crazy in the restaurant and she was hugging me saying "Nice to you and what is your name?" I said "My name is Meaghan Davis I'm...

This is a list about the most comfortable bedrooms in Disney Princess movies. I made the countdown some months ago, but I just have time and mood to write the article now. I included almost all bedrooms we see in the movies, except Mother Gothel's bedroom and Grandmother Fa's bedroom, because theirs are seen too little in the movies. I hope you'll enjoy reading this. To all participants, I say a huge THANK YOU for picking and commenting.

21. Aladdin's street bedroom

For now I'm sticking to the usual "who came first" order, but I might mix them up later on.

Character: Top! As my favorite childhood princess, she will always be something special.

Role Model: Top – no middle – no top – no middle. The thing is, I like her in the top, because she is friendly, acts responsible and is an all around positive character. But it does become rather crowded in the top, and there are three princesses I would rank above her.
Beauty: Top – it’s easy to make icons with her, because she looks good from more or less every angle. From the blue eyed princesses,...

Ok! So here is my review of Frozen's characters! I've already reviewed the music of the film, which you can read here (just copy and paste the link: link

INTRODUCTION
I'm just going to say right now....Frozen has some of the best characters of any Disney film. Why? One word: DEVELOPMENT. The characters are all so well developed, and they all have such great and complex personalities (yes, even you Hans). I found that as I watched the film, I realized every character symbolized something. Olaf represented the bond between Elsa and Anna...and Hans, the villain, represented the breaking of their...
