the spoiled but sweet Southern beauty
the spoiled but sweet Southern beauty
I saw one made for Nakoma, a nondisney girl, so I thought I would do one on Charlotte who is not only my favorite princess (yes I do consider her one, even if she isnt in the toys and stuff) but my favorite disney female ever! =D this is all just my opinion. here is why I love her!!

1. She's hilarious.

everyone who likes Charlotte always talks about how funny she is and its true- she is the funniest character in the movie! she is very lighthearted and makes the funniest faces. she is so energetic and driven and it makes for a really funny character next to serious Tiana.

2. She's generous.

I know everyone was expecting charlotte to be a snobby spoiled brat when the movie came out but she shocked us all when she kissed Naveen for Tiana, her best friend, cause it was so unselfish of her! she also helped it at the costume party and lent her her own dress (btw I was shocked she owned a blue dress! LOL). and in the beginning when she offeredn to pay Tiana to cater to her party cause Tiana would probably never accept charity otherwise. charlotte may think of herself most of the time but she is a good heart. I am spoiled and selfish too but i have been told I'm sweet too. so not all spoiled people are nasty! she isnt super complex but she is more complex then people think imo.

3. She's beautiful.

I think Charlotte is so beautiful! she is like a blond Snow White imo (i also find Snow White very beautiful), they have the same round face, big eyes, snub noses, little full lips and short wavy hair (i don't like her big updo though, is she wearing wig or something? where did all that hair come from??). she also has a good figure, slim but busty. I ADORE that old fashioned beauty! i also love her peaches and cream complexion, golden waves and bright blue eyes. I wish I looked like either her or Cinderella but I have a MUCH better chance of looking like Charlotte as I am also roundfaced and round eyed! :p

4. She is the one I relate to the most.

I know she is super over the top but I relate to her even more then Ariel and Snow White. we are both spoiled, loyal to our friends, super feminine, romantic, dream of true love, and are a bit shallow (I admit it). I try to have a good heart like she does. I am very close to my dad (who is also a big guy like Big Daddy!) and love pink. if I had a best friend like Tiana i would feel even more like her!!

5. She and Tiana make an interesting set of friends.

I love when opposite people are friends, dont you? Sometimes opposite dont attract yeah, but in this case they do. both girls like how nice the other is and are big dreamers just in different ways. they grew up together, charlotte getting more determined to marry a prince and tiana more determined to get her restaurant for her daddy. but they love each other a lot and appreciate how loyal they both are! I think their differences make them interesting friends! IRL my best friend is sweet and girly but stubborn and impatient like Jasmine and though we dont have everything in common we like how different we both are together.

so that's why I love Charlotte, hope you enjoyed!!

Hello everyone!
I'm ezilo25 and this is my very first article on this site! I wanted to do something special, and since I have read the Grimms Tale in German my whole life, I wanted to do a comparison of disney movie adaptations and the Tales of Grimm. So, let's get started! Oh, and excuse me if I do grammatical
mistakes, I'm french, so please forgive me!

Cinderella

Oh, Cinderelli... I adore the Disney character, I am passionate about the animation movie, but I am in love with Aschenputtel, the Grimms version of the Cinderella. Yes, I know, the movie is inspired by the Perrault version, which...

I posted this on the Frizen fan club while back and now I'm posting it here.

Everyone on here that knows pretty much knows how much I love Anna and despise Elsa. I mean, I certainly like Elsa more than I did when I joined in July, but I really hated her when I joined. So that's not saying much.

Right now, Elsa is twelfth place on my Disney Princesses as opposed to thirteenth place like she was when I first joined, while Anna made it to the top, instead of second place. So, both have moved up on my list, but Anna is still way in front of Elsa on my list.

It may not come as a surprise, since Elsa...

Here's another ranking of my favorite DP outfits. I find Disney can work on at least signature dresses of princesses, there are hardly any that I absolutely love and wish to own them but there are some great dresses that I really like and here's my top 10 favorite.

1. Aurora's Blue Gown:

Elegance and grace is dripping from this masterpiece. Sleek and straight cut of the dress makes it sophisticated. I love the broad shoulder to the dress with pin pointed sleeves, shows off her poise so beautifully. I like the nipping of the waistline and the flair of the gown only opens when she twirls,...

Props to link for posting the link When I came up with answers for the 3rd question, favorite movies, I really liked them so I wanted to share them as an article.

Snow White: Gone With The Wind (1939): Known as one of the favorite romantic classics of all time, this was very big in it's day and came out just 2 years after Snow White's movie did. This is not only a story of romance but a story of survival and Snow White is definitely a (romantic) survivor.

It's a few minutes past midnight here, but I felt like writing this since the list has been changing a bit since last time and also this time I'll add in Anna and Elsa too. Also this will be both a ranking of their singing voices aswell as their speaking voices, however as I am a bit lazy I won't add links in this article, but you can always search up the songs and a few scenes on YouTube, use the search word "disney songs swedish" and there you go
And for the same reason I won't add in pictures either, but I hope you'll like this article despite that

Disney sequels. The base-breakers of the Disney fandom. Some love them, some hate them. Some think they bring new perspectives to beloved characters, while others think they ruthlessly destroy and twist every aspect of the original movie. Well, one thing must be admitted: they were made with the intent to milk more money for the franchise. But does that make all of them necessarily bad? No, but it does not make for a good start, really.

I think "The Enchanted Christmas" is proof of this. Having seen it yesterday, I can attest it has a lot of "pros" and "cons", which makes for a mixed bag. So...
