This is my first article on Fanpop and I hope you all enjoy viewing it! This is completely my own opinion and should not be taken seriously. I will be creating an updated list after Frozen premieres. Please keep in mind that this is a list for specific characters, not their movies. Otherwise, this list would look much much different. Let the countdown begin!

#11: Mulan

I have nothing against Mulan, honestly, but she is the one Disney Princess that doesn't interest me in any way, shape, or form. She is strong, chivalrous, and brave. Which is great, but I've always been a girly-girl. Her personality bores me and Mulan is not at all relatable to my interests and life. There isn't much for me to say, so let's move on.

From this point forward in the list, I can't say that I have any certain dislike for any of the upcoming princesses, so the order is a bit of a toss-up. They're all just so great!

#10: Merida
Before seeing her movie, I thought I was going to hate Merida. Critics described her as stubborn, self-centered, and even bratty. She was certainly stubborn but I could understand where she was coming from. She did show remorse at the end of the movie, but I thought that since her mother gave up some of her ideals for Merida, that Merida should have done the same. Maybe not have complained at the totally reasonable "princess lessons" her mother gave her? I did enjoy her fierceness and her character compelled me, which is why she placed higher than Mulan.

#9: Pocahontas
I thoroughly enjoyed Pocahontas' character. She was calm, free-spirited, and not afraid to fight for what she believed in. I appreciated the way she balanced her beliefs and John Smith's ideals and was level-headed throughout the entire film. She was very good with animals, and let's be honest, who didn't enjoy the animation of her gorgeous hair?

#8: Belle
I adore Beauty and the Beast, it most likely ranks in the top five of my favorite Disney films. The atmosphere, colors, and characters are all so elegant, polished, and oh-so French. I love reading and like Belle, dream of adventure in the great, wide, somewhere. However, something about Belle just did not click with me. Maybe it's that I feel like she is overrated, maybe it's my love of the Beast. Her character often agitated me, like when she refused to have dinner with Beast or openly defied her hosts by going into the West Wing. What a rich and enchanting movie, though.

#7: Cinderella

Cinderella's singing is dreamy and I've always loved her film. But that's just it. There is nothing that I dislike about Cinderella but there is nothing that pops out at me. Her and her movie are both timeless classics.

#6: Jasmine

Aladdin has always been one of my favorite movies. I adore Jasmine's spunk and sass, in some ways she reminds me of Tinkerbell. I love her voice too, very sensual, like her character.

#5: Snow White

Snow White is so adorably sweet, how could she not be anyone's favorite? Some of my favorite scenes from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is her little displays of sass and cunning. I've noticed that most fans on Fanpop underestimate her and dismiss her as a young ditz but I believe that Snow White is actually very smart. Despite being hidden as she grew up, Snow White is kind to everyone and is always delicate and regal.

#4: Rapunzel

Rapunzel has many of the same interests of me, she loves to paint, cook, and scheme up new dreams. For me, Rapunzel represents hope and reconciliation. Tangled came into my life during a period of time where I especially needed it and that is partially why Rapunzel is ranked so high. She stars in a graphically stunning movie and her personality is full of whimsy and innocence. Even now, after all these years, I still cry during the lantern scene. Rapunzel would be ranked higher if she didn't exhibit an uncanny resemblance to somebody I strongly disdain. Oh, and Mandy Moore.

#3: Tiana

When it comes to my top three, Tiana, Aurora, and Ariel rotate through gold, silver, and bronze often.

If I was younger when Princess and the Frog first came out, I think Tiana would have topped this list. Tiana is hardworking, charismatic, and passionate. She is the first Disney princess to take place during modern times and she has a real, obtainable goal that many woman share now. Tiana is a business woman and an overachiever, and I respect that. She is extremely relatable, not to mention has a lovely wardrobe and her story has the eccentric backdrop of New Orleans.

#2: Aurora

Aurora is this high solely because of nostalgia. She was my favorite Princess all throughout my childhood. Several of my favorite memories revolve around reading Sleeping Beauty children's books. Aurora is classic and elegant. We only see her for a short amount of time but her story has always been my favorite. She is appreciative and a wonderful dancer. However, she is nowhere as dear to my heart as the next Princess.

#1: Ariel

Ariel is a popular pick for number one on many people's Top Disney Princesses lists. I mean, hey, she is a mermaid. My fondness most likely grows from my love of the ocean- and red hair- plus how much fun it is to draw her. Ariel may be considered to be a brat but her situation is definitely understandable and she is not completely boy-crazed. Keep in mind that not once did "Part of Your World" mention Eric, or any boy for that matter. Ariel is definitely your average teen and at this moment in my life, I feel that I can relate to her the most. Besides, don't we all just want a little bit more?

Disney's "Tangled" was such a good movie that Tangled had great characters. Of course, my favorite was Rapunzel, but I also loved mother Gothel. It's weird that I don't like mother Gothel. Because I hated every bad guy except Audrey and Hades. Audrey and Hades had points that sounded similar and logical to me. For example, Audrey was stabbed in the back and Hades was wronged, and it was funny, so I loved them both.

I've watched Tangled about seven times, and it's only the seventh time I've come to love mother Gothel. After all, Gothel was separating Rapunzel from her family, using her, and raising...

This doesn't usually happen to me. I mean, I always prefer the good ones over the bad ones in the movie, but this time it wasn't like that. I haven't seen the movie Hercules, but I prefer Hades to Megara because I've seen other Hades related stuff.

Hades is a god. Although I believe in only one god, I have been interested in mythology since I was little, which made me wonder about Hades. (Of course, who wouldn't be curious about an underworld god?). In mythology, Hades was not a very good god. He was a soul-stealing god, moreover, he was the brother of Zeus. (I have never loved Zeus, he is constantly punishing people). After all I've read about Hades, I didn't like him. I didn't like him much when I watched Descendants, but after "Do what you gotta do" in Descendants three, I started to love him. His relationship with Mal was funny and sweet. He loved Mal and he was really funny. That's why I love him.

P.S: Hades' fiery blue hair is awesome too
He is ugly but I still love him

This time my article will be a small guide. This guide will explain whether disney princesses are born princesses or not. Don't forget to enjoy reading this guide ((:

1- Snow White- royal
Although Snow White is run like a maid by the evil queen, according to the movie, she is a princess. We can say that Snow White has lost her royal title. This explains how she knows how to cook, clean and organize. When Snow White marries the prince, she becomes a princess again. There is already such a thing as justice, Snow White should have been a princess in the first place.

2- Cinderella- married

When we...

I updated my favorite Disney songs list so why not? Might as well do one here too. I know Frozen isn't a Disney Princess movie but there's some songs that are definitely worth talking about because of how much they mean to me. There's going to be one tie because I love both those songs for similar reasons so instead of copying/pasting the same reason I'm just gonna put a tie in here

The songs I have in this list are based on:
1. How often I listen to/sing the song
2. Nostalgia
3. How much I relate to the song

10. I See the Light

I know this isn't one of the greatest love songs in the Disney...

Like Maleficent, Belle didn't get a lot of comments so I'm just putting a random sentence here so this can be long enough to be put into an article

Her relationship with her dad is one of my favorite parent/child relationships in Disney, I used to relate to her in high school because I would read a lot and wanted to leave my little town -BB2010

I love how she is a bookworm, fell for the Beast after all their time together, and how she is very relatable to me being an outcast in her town. -LMH5113

I'm related to her in many ways, I love reading and to travel. -deedragongirl

On the twelfth day of Princess Walt Disney gave to me

Twelve Wisps-a-glowing

Eleven birds-a-flying
Ten Spices Boiling
Nine Ships are sailing
eight mice a-sewing
seven dwarves dancing
six sisters singing
five cursed friend

four braiding girls
three fairy spells
two lucky pals
and the wisdom of an old tree

I guess nobody will be particularly surprised or upset that I picked Belle for December. Though, surprisingly, it was kind of difficult to find a really good picture of her in a snowy background. They usually feature sequel Belle, who looks kind of weird. So I did a lot of improvisation in order to create...

Today is a special day in Germany. It is Nicolaus day, the day on which children (and adults with a sweet tooth) put out their shoes in the evening and find it filled with sweets in the morning. So, in this sense, happy Nicolaus day for everyone!

The Princess which I picked for the June is Ariel. I mean, she just had to present the summer, right?

As you can see the holiday I picked is midsummer. The most famous midsummer...
