I guess most of you must have heard by now the news about the Frozen sequel. I'm pretty excited about it, but I do hope they have a good plot for it and don't just do it for the sake of selling more merchandise or finding Elsa a prince too (not that I'm against Elsa having a prince, but I don't think it is absolutely necessary for the story, she can also be happy and rule the kindgdom without one).

Anyway I have an idea for the sequel's plot and I'd like to share it with you guys.

If there is to be a sequel, I think this is a good opportunity to explore the origin of Elsa's powers. I think the sequel should be based on the original Hans Christian Andersen story, with a few modifications.

I don't know if you're familiar with the story, but it is basically about to friends, a boy named Kai and a girl named Gerda. To sum up, Kai is taken by the Snow Queen and is up to Gerda to rescue him.

As much as I love Elsa, I was also looking forward to seeing a Snow Queen in the style of great Disney villains (like Maleficent).

So I think the story could be about this, another "Snow Queen" who cursed Elsa for some reason (maybe she was jealous of her parents, maybe she wanted to take over the kingdom), anyway, se cursed her to have ice powers (or maybe she intended to do something else but it didn't work).

When the evil Snow Queen (who was watching over Elsa and Anna during the events of the first film) realizes Elsa can't control her powers, she is thrilled for she thinks her revenge will soon be complete. But in the end, Elsa is able to thaw the kingdom and we are left with a happy ending.

In rage, the evil Queen could make an appearence in the sequel and try to finish her evil plot. Maybe she could kidnap Kristoff (which is something similar to what happens in the original story) and it would be up to Anna and Elsa to go on a quest to rescue him (which would also be a nice change, to have the princess rescue her love interest, though it has happened before in Disney films).

Anyway, that's what I've thought the sequel could be about. Let me know what you guys think. Are you excited for the sequel? Do have any ideas of what it could be about? Do you have any cool ideas for the name? Do you like the idea of an evil Snow Queen? (wouldn't it be cool to see a fight between she and Elsa?).

Hi all! Just so you know, I've catered this article to 2013 - er, 2014 - in America, where I happen to live. So here it goes! (And when I say 'survival' I don't mean of the morbid sort, I mean it as their general well being and success in the world)

Snow White: With her kindness, I'm willing to bet that Snow could make it up to about high school, but after that, her naievity (sp?) and trusting nature could betray her in finding both romantic and business relationships that will help her. While she's good at making friends, it's a guarantee that not everyone would be as accepting as the dwarves....

As we all know, the Disney Princesses are all blessed with amazing voices. But of these voices, who do I like best? I thought I'd share with you the answer!

13. Merida

Er, she doesn't sing. Right.

12. Belle

Her voice has its lovely patches, but something about how it titters on the high notes annoys me. Her voice also isn't very distinguishable, which lands it at 12.

11. Cinderella

Ah, I love Cindy's voice! It's so relaxing, and, and, *snore*. Whoa, sorry! Anyway, Cinderella has a dreamy and romantic voice, but there's just not much opportunity for her to show it off in the course of the film. So...

Here's my review of Frozen which I saw last Friday online so of course the quality of the movie wasn't amazing, but it didn't stop me from watching it. This is actually my first review so comments are appreciated. And don't worry those of you of you who haven't seen the movie yet, this review won't contain any spoilers

Story - 10/10

I had high hopes for the story to be good and it was really good. The Snow Queen was one of my favorite fairytales when I was a child and this movie was a great twist on the classic fairytale. The story is not very complex, but also not too obvious. Like many...
