♥ Excuse my laziness. I'm fucking tired.

9. Aurora

They should call her A-bore-a. Hahahahahaha. I have a comedic gift. That was so punny. Anyway, you snooze you lose and since that's exactly what she did for the majority of the film, she gets ninth spot. She seems very sweet and is extremely pretty though. She actually has one really funny moment that people seem to forget.
Phillip: When will I see you again?
Aurora: Oh never! Never!
Phillip: Never?
Aurora: Well, maybe someday.
Phillip: When, tomorrow?
Aurora: Oh no! This evening!

8. Tiana

She's super cute as a kid and has an awesome solo number. Unfortunately she's an animal for a lot of the movie and I always preferred the human centric Disney movies. Also she's a bit of a wet blanket. Come on girl, loosen up. They were probably worried that if they didn't make her super uptight and organized, they'd get accused of racism for making the only Black chick the lazy slob.

7. Pocahontas

Easily the most stunning princess. This girl is so real looking. She's the most beautiful Disney character I've ever seen. She even surpasses Esmeralda for me. Unfortunately she spends most of her time cliff jumping, posing, and running. I wish she was a little spunkier. Poca, it will NOT kill you to smile every once in a while.

6. Cinderella

I love her, she is one of the prettiest princesses. Tied with Poca, in my books. But she is a victim of daily abuse so her personality has been watered down due to her tormented life. I'm sure she gets a bit bubblier when she's in the jacuzzi with that guy she marries.

5. Snow White

Oh my God, this girl cracks me up! She's so fucking annoying and everyone in the movie clearly notices. Like when she sees a chair, she screams and all the animals run out, looking freaked out by her overreaction. And when she's wishing on her apple the old hag is like: Fine, whatever, now take a bite you little bitch! Anyway, I'm a sucker for a super annoying yet somehow loveable character.

4. Jasmine

Not gonna lie, I love her because she's just a tad bitchy. I relate to her because she is just on superbitch mode 24/7. She only lets her guard down when she's with Rajah or Aladdin. I love how she tells Aladdin to jump off the balcony. How many other princesses casually encourage suicide to someone who hasn't really even done anything wrong? HILARIOUS. It's basically Disney lingo for "Go fuck yourself and then die in a hole."

3. Belle

I love how she's just such a loser. It's kind of amusing. She's the first ever anti-social princess. At least she sings well and is selfless. Although I stand by my theory that BATB romantiticizes abusive relationships. Ever heard of Stockholm Syndrome, Belle? IT'S CALLED A KIDNAP VICTIM GROWING EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED TO THEIR CAPTOR. Ring a BELLE? Hahahaha, my second pun in one article. I'm on a roll. I don't really know why I like her. Probably just tradition because I liked her a lot as a kid.

2. Mulan

I technically should like her more than my number 1 because she is super awesome but for some reason my heart will always belong to...

1. Ariel

She's a mermaid. She swims around and looks cool when she's exploring. She sings the best song evaaa. She's adventurous. She's angsty. She's got just a smidge of bitchy in her. She's just the best. End of story, ok?

Hello Disney Princess Fans!

First let me apologize for being so bit late getting the article up this time, and explain what happened. Along with the business of the holiday season there was a family emergency. In mid-January my Dad came down with Covid-19 and had to be hospitalized for over a week. Fortunately he's back home and doing better now. But as you can imagine I didn't feel much like writing, nor did I have the time while that was going on.

Anyway, before we get started let me give you a brief run down of the Meet the DP Fans articles, in case you happen to new to the club and/or unfamiliar...

I've wrapped these stories in 21 languages. I've used Japanese, French, Belarusian, Bengali, Frisian, Javanese, Marathi, Sinhala, Vietnamese, Bosnian, Galician, Kannada, Mongolian, Slovak, Welsh, Bulgarian, Georgian, Kazakh, Myanmar, Slovenian, Xhosa and then back into English.

I copy and pasted the information from link by clicking on the princesses names and copying the plot text in parts which were related to the couples whether referenced or physically in same scene.

1. Congrats on being Fan of the Month! How does it feel?
Thank you!! I am very honored and I feel very excited because this is the first time I'm Fan of the Month.

2. How did you find this spot and what made you stay?
I'm a big fan of anime, I remember watching “Fushigi Yuugi” at that time. I was obsessed with Tasuki. I still like him (but I don't get obsessed anymore, LOL). Anyway, I was looking for pictures and screenshots of him. That's how I found Fanpop. My reasons for staying? Because I like to participate in activities (polls, quizzes, answers), I made good friends, I love sharing...

Okay, as promised! Here is the comparison both the 1998 animated feature as well as the 2020 live action reboot. Ready?

The Story

So we start of with the Invasion of the Huns in the animated film, as well as reporting the invasion to the Emperor. We see Mulan getting ready for the Matchmaker later on.
In the live action version, we see Mulan's childhood and even has a sister who is specially created for the film mainly for character developments. (tied)

The Characters

We get to see Mushu in the animated version, this is due to comic relief for the entire movie. He, Cri-Kee and Little Brother...

What I love the most about Mulan is she's someone who was trained for battle but instead of depending on weapons to win the war, she uses strategy. It shows that you don't always have to rely on brute strength or weapons to win, you can use your own brain. It really bums me out that people forget that about Mulan and just remember her for learning how to fight. -BB2010

I love her bravery, perseverance and how she's willing to disguise as a man and go off to war to save her father. -LMH5113

I love Mulan's love for her family. She loved her family so much that she would risk her own life to save...

On the Ninth Day of Princess Walt Disney gave to me

Nine Ships are sailing

eight mice a-sewing
seven dwarves dancing
six sisters singing
five cursed friend

four braiding girls
three fairy spells
two lucky pals
and the wisdom of an old tree.

If you ever want to establish a new international holiday, do it in September. I am serious, there are surprisingly few actual holidays in this month - but a lot of really weird ones. I was kind of tempted to mark "Talk like a Pirate Day" in the calendar for that reason alone, but soon I had two hot contenders. One was Heritage Day which would have most likely...

In case you haven't noticed yet, when I put this calendar together, my goal was to make it as international as possible..meaning, it wasn't supposed to feature the holidays of a specific country, it was supposed to feature holidays which are as widely as possible celebrated, or at least well-known. I also tried to find holidays which could be in some way be related to a princess. Hence I picked Rapunzel for May.

As you can see, I...

It's typical of sequels to come out about 2 or 3 years after the first film. Sometimes, sequels come out the year after the first one. However, Frozen 2 has come out 6 years after the first film. That's something it has in common with Alice Through the Looking Glass, which came out 6 years after the first film. Of course, the big the question is if the wait was worth it. In this review, I will discuss how the two films compare to each other, as well as give my feelings on the premise and cast of characters.

Frozen 2 brings back the cast of the first film (excluding Prince Hans and the Duke...

Hi everyone, I got my laptop back and I had just watched Frozen II with Prasert. According to him, he said that it's even better than the first one, but he was disappointed that there were no bad guys in it! Anyway, here is my review on the film. Enjoy!

The Story

Okay, so we get to see more of Elsa's and Anna's parents and the origins of Elsa's ice power. In fact, when King Agnarr was young during the flashback. Prasert pointed out that he looks like Hiccup from How to Train Your Dragon! I could not believe it.
The story is more dark in a contrast to the first one, because we get the Maleficent...

Anastasia and Dmitri
Anastasia and Dmitri
Hi guys, it's been ages since I had written my last article that I decided to write another comparison article. This time it is both Anastasia and Cinderella, ready?

Anastasia

So, we all know about what happened to Anastasia. Upon watching this for the first time in many years, it was like Anastasia became Cinderella because she was like the lost princess that her beloved grandma is looking for, hence the ballet by Sergei Prokofiev was shown during the scene when they were in Paris, France.
The music box plays a role in the movie, it is very similar with the glass slipper in Cinderella. Both...
